Friends by chance,together by choice

Part 1

"DAAAAAAYYLA!". That's all I heard the loud screaming from my best friend and roommate Tyanne. "Get up we're gonna be late because of you" said Tyanne full of frustration. I get up and check the time on my phone which inconveniently says 6:00. "It's six o clock how are we gonna be late" said Dayla running her fingers through her hair. Tyanne walks off and goes in her room to get a hair which she just happens to throw at Dayla to make focus but makes sure it misses her. We're gonna be late because it takes you forever to do your hair in the morning and we still have to make tea before we leave" said Tyanne giving Dayla the look. (meaning that she's right and your wrong)

Dayla gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom to take a shower, making sure to clean every part of her body. When she's done she dries herself off and finishes her time in the bathroom by brushing her teeth. She goes back to in her room so she could get dressed and do her hair. "Tyanne boil the water for the tea please" shoats Dayla from her bedroom door. Dayla decides to put on a coral cropped sweatshirt and black leggings with some really cute brown boots she got for her birthday. She was brushing her hair when Tyanne comes in with two cups of tea in her hands "Did you...." said Dayla but she was stopped short by Tyanne. "Yes I put two spoons of sugar just how you like it", said Tyanne. Dayla continued doing her hair quickly in a half up and down style finishing by putting a few curls in it with her fingers so they could get going.

Tyanne and Dayla have been friends for three years and have lived together for almost a year. They started living together because Dayla was in a toxic relationship so they decided because they were so close that it would be safer, since they were both going through family and personal issues but they wouldn't let that stop them. They are both in grade eleven and they don't have to worry about transportation because they both have cars so they easily get to and from school. Dayla moved out of home at the end of grade ten because of problems with her stepfather while Tyanne was having problems with her parents and her older sister, so Dayla's grandmother and father pay for her and Tyanne to live in a house by themselves.

Mentally they were really similar but when it came to the physical traits they were complete opposites. Dayla was the a little brown seventeen year old with brown eyes, straight curly hair and she believed her forehead was extremely big but people said the biggest thing would have to be her chest speaking to the fact that she was a D cup but her butt was average but the thing that makes them different is that Tyanne was a shade darker, her hair was a little less manageable however she was a C cup and was thick as hell.

Dayla and Tyanne rush out of the house chugging down their cups of tea so they wouldn't actually be late to school. Today is the first day of school since the quarantine has ended and all Dayla was worried about was seeing him.....

TIME SKIP: At School

When they got in the school gate they made their way to the back of the benches where they spend most of their free time, right when they got to the bench and put their bags down Dayla Felt a tap on her shoulder when she spun around she saw her closest friends Simon, Trinity, Aaliyah, and Jasmine looking around she was upset to not see Julie but that just meant she wasn't here. She ran up to all of them big hugs. "How was your break?" asked Simon with a really smug expression on his face, we all noticed but don't say anything because they know how he is or you could say how he gets it's best to just ignore.

"I actually spent most of the break reading books and watching shows on Netflix, there really wasn't a lot to do." said Dayla cheerfully. "I don't blame you babygirl ,at least everyone gained twenty pounds" said Trinity standing up fixing Jasmine hair like usual. Tyanne walks off from everyone and went to the bench to get her phone out her bag so she could check the time. "DaDa we have to get to start heading to class, let's go Simon" said Tyanne a little bit annoyed but they all knew they couldn't skip on the first day.

As Dayla, Simon and Tyanne walked to class Dayla was reading like always while holding onto Simon's shirt but she was careful not to end up running into anyone. The moment they all stepped in their homeroom and Dayla finally took her nose out of her book she saw him.... Terry Reynolds.
