My phone rings.

"Yes Ma" I off the car engine.

"I'll be there, I just need to drop off somewhere"  I fix my things while on the phone

"This will be quick, I just need to do something, ahuh, okay 'ma thanks, bye see you later" 

It's been 3 years. I look at the entrance of PhilSports Arena where the competetion is currently being held.

I felt proud habang naglalakad papasok.

I knew it, I knew that he will grow and someday will make his dreams come true. 

I guess my decision is right

I'm looking for some available chairs when someone called me.

"Omg ash, is that you? I had never seen you for so long" Liz stand and wave at me, she's one of my block mates way back in college.

I suddenly stopped walking to wave and greet them back.

"Hi Megan, It's been years, kamusta?" I walk through their side and kiss her on her cheek.

"Bigla bigla ka nalang umalis girl and transferred to US, what happened?"  I don't know if I'am required to answer her question truthfully but then i just laugh and answered "My Brother asked me to"

After some Q and A portion with my old block mates, yeah with 'S' cause she's with others too, I quite know them cause why not, they gave me nickname of Ms. Friendship for nothing.

Since I was a child I always befriending everyone as long as we're on click, I grew up with that trait so when I went up in college more and more people knows and acknowledge me.

I finally found a sit where I can get a better view of the game. I checked my phone, 9:43AM and , the game will start in 10:00AM. Checking out some people in the arena and spotted some bunch of people holding paper materials for cheering in their jacket engraved 'PILIPINAS'

Yes I was here, attending SeaGames 2020 held in the Philippines. Many attendees most likely Filipinos and some Chinese nationals, today's game 200m Freestyle.

Time passed by and noises are up cause the game will start in any minute now. This is  head to head challenge between two countries, Japan currently hold last Sea Games most number of medals for swimming competition. but I have faith in him

Contestants were called one by one, and as soon as his name called he walked elegantly and do some stretching up before stepping on the starting block. 

Shit, 'bat ako yung kinakabahan.

"Take your marks ... and start"  I heard the whistle, it's starting.

You can hear loud cheer for every contestants.

"Guerrero from Team Philippines is leading, seconded by Japan ..."
