Never.It's something we all do. Procrastinate.
There's really no other way to put this but instead of waiting till you think is best, especially for things you don't like to do, do those the first and get it over with. It'll keep troubling your mind until you get it done so JUST DO IT!!When you keep procrastinating you end up giving yourself a ton of work that'll get you tired the moment you think about it. This even discourages to start because it's just so much.
Everyday have a little list of things you wish to achieve and try to get them done. You might not finish them all but on the days you do, try to reward yourself.
