Chapter One-Heading Home for the Holidays
As Kelsi drove down the bumpy, rough road, her heart kept going crazy, because the thought of home excited her.
She hadn't been home since 5 months ago, since she was filming the first movie of Hunger Games, and she even has to stay longer in LA for the second and third movie. Luckily, she at least has 2 weeks at home, other than none.
Kelsi shivered, as the heat wasn't warm enough for her. She was wearing a bra, a tank top, a long sleeved shirt, with a winter coat, and jeans. Yet she still was cold, and she didn't have enough warmness.
"God, I can't wait to get back inside the house." She muttered, and drove faster.
Finally, she'd arrived, and she stared at the yellow house.
"Why does this look so different? The house shouldn't have changed in 5 months..." She said to no one in particular. She got out of her white Honda and got her bags from the backseat. Her heels clicking on the cement, she walked over to the front door and knocked on the door, staring at the Christmas wreath.
"Who's there?" Someone called from behind the door.
"It's me, your daughter, Kelsi!" Kelsi had whisper-yelled.
The door opened before she could say her name, and she found her mother staring at her with huge eyes.
"Kelsi!" She exclaimed, and hugged Kelsi.
"Hi, mom! Can you please let go? I'm starting to lose my...my breath." Kelsi gasped, and her mom let go.
"Sorry, just come in, I'll help you with your bags." Kelsi came into her childhood home, and dropped her bags.
"What happened to the house, Mother?" Her mother seemed to have been nervous, because she laughed quietly and folded her hands--of course before setting the bags down.
"Well..." Her mother trailed off.
"Mother, you can just tell me!"
"Umm, we decided to change the house a bit, but it turned into a lot. And your room is now in the basement..."
"What?! Why?!"
"I--we needed your room for the movie room..." Kelsi clenched her fists.
She changed the house for remodeling AND took my room away just for a movie room?! God! Kelsi thought. I thought being home was good, but I guess not. Jesus Christ!

Hello people, and I'm sorry for the very short (probably the most shortest) chapter, I'm just in a rush, and I can't seem to do anything about it, so sorry! I just wanna say that there might be a little bit of swearing and bad language, like the "Jesus Christ" in above, so if you're uncomfortable with that, you may stop reading this story and leave. This might even have a lot of love, and if you're also uncomfortable with that, please leave. Thanks for taking your time to read this, and here are the goals:5 reads
