[Mom's P.O.V]
I was watching television with my husband when I saw Hyejin come out from her room with a sad look on her face. I was concerned and I asked her, "Hyejin, is there anything wrong?" Even my husband looked at her and asked the same question.
"Mom, Dad, I have something to say." I looked at her. She gulped and continued,"My exam results came out today." Exam results? Oh, that's right! Today is the release of Hyejin's examination results! I raised my eyebrows at her and said, "oh okay, share your results with us."
[Hyejin's P.O.V]
Oh no, what should I say what should I say??? I panicked. I was so scared. My mom was staring at me intensively with those eyes that could kill. But in the end, I gathered up my courage and said, " I got a D+ for that subject." Uh oh, this is not good. I told myself. I watched as my mom's face turned red like a beetroot. She stood up and yelled," WHY IS YOUR RESULTS SO LOW? DID YOU NOT STUDY? UGHH I REGRETTED LETTING YOU DATE SAN. SEE WHAT KIND OF A WOMAN YOU BECAME? LAZY AND SLUTTY!"
I just stood there silently as I allowed my mom to hurl insults at me. I was so scared. I watched as my father's eyes began to widen; Dad! Help me! Tears began to well up in my eyes, and started to roll down my cheeks. I knew I didn't deserve this kind of punishment, I felt anger boiling up within me. I didn't want to fight with my mother, so I waited for her to finish her insults; I stormed up to my room and slammed the door behind me.
