Dear father and mother,
I know this letter has a possible chance of not getting to you, but as of right now I shall continue to write and tell you everything rather than keeping my past and current emotions in.
I understand that my ignorance and whereabouts have gotten me into this situation. I regret this. I must keep hiding.
I thought it would be a good idea to run away and have some fun with my friends, it was pretty fun until I came across this old decrepit church with a decaying sign that read "Skull Chapel" I had never known the presence of this chapel in Poland until now. Of course, as you taught me, dad, I mustn't hesitate so I separated myself from the others and stepped out into this fossilized, ill-lit church.
In front of me stood a circular room as I entered with mist and fog surrounding me, and six different halls. I recall raising my head slowly to see the sky, and what looked like, and hundreds of crosses lying upside down above me and skulls on the ground. Mother, father believe me please when I say that I wanted to leave so badly. I only wanted to run. No matter how much I wanted to go back to the bright sun-filled day, there was something so deep inside me that I was persuaded to stay. It was almost as though my body had gone out of control. I regained control and saw shadow-like object skim by me.
When I turned back I saw candles which were lighted once, mysteriously were blown out. the darkness blinded me, but I rushed through one corridor, not realizing where I was going. I heard someone or something tiptoeing behind me, but it always seemed to run at the same pace as I did. I opened what looked like a rotting door after running hard on it, and rushed inside. I closed the door and went over into the bathroom. It was unusually eerie and quiet due to the darkness inside the bathroom. As I was crouching inside the murky bathtub I noticed that there were spiders on the dirty walls.
I bent down to pray, to keep me safe, that's when a substance dripped on me from the ceiling. I looked up to see a dead body, sticky with blood, wrapped in something that looks like blood-soaked animal skin. A bat soared above me, but certainly not gracefully. The next thing I felt was agony, a cross was above me and smashed my head to the floor. Where am I now? You must be wondering. Still here, but now underground, with this paper and pen, she just left me. The nun, with around 2 inch long teeth like sharks, black tears, pale face, bloody mouth, deep-set black eyes that take control of me.
I can hear her coming back with the same tiptoeing steps. I just noticed the red-bulging scratch marks on my hands. Mother, Father, where are you I'm scared, sad, all alone. I want to come home. She's coming again, but running now, I don't want to be controlled by her. I need to end this letter at this instant. There's an ax in her right bloody pale hand, her eyes are so white that I can't see her pupils. I shall not die this way, I will not die this way. I'm scared.
Oh, this is very sad. He figured he'd survive on it. Your son won't be coming home today, or perhaps....ever.
