I sat in the nurse's office with Trista and that red head girl, who's name is Trisha, I was sitting on the one couch outside the waiting room, which was just a small room with a turquoise couch and a chair and desk for the nurse. I got up and looked at the desk. There were papers scattered all over it and some clipboards with a list of recent students that have visited. I sat back down contemplating whether or not I should pull out my book. I was about to grab my bag when the door opened and Sam walked in.
"Hello, Sam"
Sam turned to me. "Oh, hello (y/n)! Why are you here?""My friend got into a fight" I sighed
"Oh? What for?" She asked, interested
"Well, I was braiding my friends hair while she was sitting in my lap at the auditorium and when more students came in a girl called us lesbian and she got mad." I explained fidgeting with my t-shirt.
"What's your friend's name?" She asked
"It's not that important" I looked at her turquoise eyes. They flashed with some sort of emotion but it was gone just as quick as it came.
"Oh come on, (Y/n) we're friends. It won't matter anyways because all of us are gonna be in one big friend group anyways!" Sam smiled
"..." I thought about it for a second. "Her names Trista"
Sam nodded and sat next to me.
"Why are you here?" I asked"I'm here to bring my friend back to class once she's able to" Sam explained half-heartedly
"Well I wouldn't call her a friend, she's an obnoxious little bit*h, I might ditch her later, I'm done with her."I stared at her a little shocked 'does she just toss friendship around like that?' I was brought out of my thoughts by someone embracing me. I looked up and saw Trista. "Hey Trista, how ya feeling?" I asked standing up and hugging her back.
"I'm so, so, sorry (Y/n)!" Trista cried
I smiled softly and rubbed her back. "It's okay, Trista, I forgive you"
Sam just stared at us with a look of disgrace.
"(Y/n), is this your friend?"I nodded in response. Trista let go of me and was looking at Sam. "Whose this?"
"This is Sam, She's my friend from French. Sam this is Trista." I introduced the two.
Sam just nodded. Then the red haired girl, Trisha came out; she glared at Trista then walked over to Sam.
"Heyyyy, gurl!"
Sam smiled "heeeeyyyyy"Me and Trista left shortly after.
I was walking towards my science class when arms suddenly wrapped around my neck.
"Hey, (Y/n)!" A voice said, hugging me from behind."Hey, Jake" I smiled
"What?! How'd ya know?" Jake smiled unwrapping his arms and walking beside me.
"Lucky guess" I smirked
Jake sighed, running his hand through his hair. "Why weren't you at PE today?"
"I was at the nurse, my friend got into a fight" I replied
"Goodness, it must've been something really important"
"What? It could have been about a pencil and you wouldn't know."
"Well I just don't expect an innocent, sweet little freshman would have hostile or mean friends" Jake grinned looking at me through the corner of his eye.
"Hah! You're a freshman too!" I laughed
Jake's grin grew wider. "Touché"
We walked up to the science class and walked in. Half the class had already arrived so we chose two seats in the near back of the class.
