1- Combust

Stepping out of the train was probably the most liberating feeling on earth to lee felix when he finally arrived in seoul. he had decided to move from Australia to Korea to live with his cousin chan. Sydney was cool but spending his entire life there- especially his adolescence had seemed like a drag so he had spontaneously packed his bags, booked a flight and informed both chan and his family about his plans. his parents had been appalled by his plan to leave them but knew that this might just be what their son had always needed. felix was a sweet kid but had never quite grown up. he wasn't childish but he had a sort of child-like innocence to him so maybe some independence would help with that. they were sure he'd soon find friends in seoul as he was like the sun- everybody was drawn to him. his bubbly, outgoing personality intrigued others and seeing as Felix was quite the open person he mostly got along with everyone around him.

looking around felix spotted the exit and quickly headed for it. His flight had been delayed and he had missed the train from incheon to seoul because of it. he had easily caught the next one but he knew his cousin was waiting for him and he felt awful about it. Scanning the crowd he instantly caught sight of chan. the curly, blonde mess of hair easy to spot between the mostly natural dark hair of the other travellers. felix ran over and embraced his cousin. they had been close since they were small but chan had moved away when he was 17 leaving behind the 13 year old felix and growing up to be completely different. he had changed when he moved, which ws only natural with the new environment, but he had always remained in touch with felix and still was as caring towards him as he had always been. Together they swiftly moved out of the train station and towards the parking garage where chan had parked his car. after loading all his luggage in the trunk they headed off. Felix was anxiously squirming in his seat for what was to come. he was nervous for what would expect him in seoul. after a short ride they made it into the city and Felix was impressed with the entire atmosphere. but what impressed him even more was his new apartment. eventhough it seemed quite simple felix knew he'd be happy here and there was still enough space to avoid chan if needed, not that he expected that to happen anytime soon. 

After unpacking and settling down a little Felix began to wander what sorts of adventures he'd get to experience and who he'd meet. he knew he was supposed to get to know Chan's boyfriend jeongin that evening and the rest of their friend's the next day but he didn't want to seem burdensome and like they needed to take him in. Lost in his thoughts Felix almost didn't hear the doorbell ring. His adventure was about to begin.
