"Ugh! I hate this! Nakakainggit naman!"

Narinig ko ang mahinang tawa nila Raffy sa kabilang linya. They are all enjoying the summer and everything. Samantalang ako, nandito nakakulong sa hacienda.

"How are you there, Fayre? Okay ka lang ba?" I heard Savy's sweet voice pero hindi ko siya nakikita sa screen since videocall. Nakaharap lang yung camera kay Raffy na nagmamake-up.

"I'm okay. But you won't believe this! Do you remember the guy that I kissed in the house party?"

"Sino doon? Aling house party?" Sumingit sa camera si Rence to see me. I waved at her.

"I don't remember but from our blockmate, Raf!" When I said that, sumingit bigla si Asia sa camera. Tinulak niya talaga si Rence sa gilid para siya na ang makita sa camera.

"Oh shit. Yung ka-almost sex mo sa cr noong house party ni Liv?"

"Uhm. The one you disturbed? Yes, Asia. Thank you talaga,"

"Shori nga nga eh!" My face formed a disgusted reaction when Asia mimicked some little girl's voice.

"So, what about it?" Raffy asked while she was still doing her make-up.

"So yun na nga! When I came here sa hacienda, I was astounded when I saw him here. It turns out that he is the grandson of the owner of the hacienda! Kaya pala nandoon siya sa birthday party ni Dad,"

"Rich daddy naman pala," Asia joked

"Asia, what the fuck?" I heard Zadie's voice in the background and Asia laughed in reply. Inis na nanaman siya sa mga jokes ni Asia.

"So what do you usually do there? May activities ka ba diyan?" This time, I heard Cali's voice from the background. Agad ako na napasimangot.

"You won't believe this, girls. Yung room ko walang aircon! Naka fan lang ako kaya I'm super struggling when I'm going to sleep! Annoying, right?! Then Dad confiscated all of my gadgets and gave them to Levi! Dad said I need to work hard first before getting them back! Unbelievable, right!? So yun na nga! I started doing household chores! That is so not me, right!? I washed plates, and break some of them... konti lang naman like mga three or four. And uhm.. I watered plants! That is the most easy so far, pinapaliguan ko lang yung mga plants but it was so tiring! Ang daming plants dito sa hacienda! Akala ko nga nasa gubat na ako! — Aside from that, I also helped in the kitchen like chopping vegetables. It's not fun! Ang dami kong wounds sa fingers ko after! Blood everywhere! Why is it like that?! Ang liit lang nung cut pero OA magbleed! Parang nagsurgery yung hand ko sa dami ng band-aids. Eto! Look may scar na! Kaya I will get a scar removal surgery when I get home talaga,"

I was panting after I said all of that. Dire-diretso ata ako magsalita. I saw Raffy, Savy, Asia, Rence, Cali and Zadie in the videocall. Lahat sila parang nakatulala at nakatingin lang sa camera.

"What's that? Mukha kayong tanga. Naglalag ba? Wait. Ang hina ng signal because there's no wifi here! Sucks, right?! Gumagamit lang ako ng data,"

"Wait what? You mean to say.. The fucking great Fayre Gonzalo is doing household chores?" Cali said

"Paulit ulit, Cali? Ulitin ko pa ba para sayo? Nakakahiya eh, ang slow mo," I rolled my eyes as I started to walk towards the window. Lumapit ako doon and opened it. Medyo inilabas ko ang kamay ko sa window para makasagap ng signal. This sucks!

"Oh shit. Gago! I'm throwing a party!" Humiyaw si Rence na para bang ang saya saya niya.

"What? Party? For what? Gagawin mo talaga hahang wala ako!? I hate you, Rence."
