Nothing Special (Stereo Kicks/Reece Bibby/New Hope Club)

Pitch Perfect

We came to the top of the stairs and walked across the landing to a door. There were so many rooms! Reece knocked on the door and opened it, allowing us to all go in. "Hi Lauren" Me and Tia said at the same time. Lauren whipped her head up and screamed."Oh my god! I've missed you so much!" Lauren screeched.

"I'll leave you guys to it, see you later." Reece said as he left the room. "Bye" we all said together. We had a massive group hug before letting go. "I can't believe you guys are watching me perform live on Saturday! I'm so excited" Lauren screamed. "We're so excited too, and we're so proud of you!" Tia said.

"Ahh thank you. Right, you guys can hang you stuff up in the wardrobe, it's a walk in one and your lucky I keep mine tidy because nobody else does!" Lauren laughed. "You can put all your make up and bits and bobs in the en suite bathroom, not to sound posh or anything." Lauren giggled making us all laugh too.

"Basically just make your self at home" Lauren laughed. "I'll meet you down stairs, today's everyone's day off, so I haven't got to go to rehearsals, we could watch a film with hot chocolate and popcorn if you want?" She suggested. "That sounds nice" I said, warming to the idea of a hot chocolate.

After we had put everything away, I changed into some joggers, a jumper and some fluffy socks and put my hair into a messy bun and so did Tia. I needed to ask Tia something. I needed to ask her if Reece liked her and she like Reece. "Tia?" I asked. "Yeahhhhh" She trailed off. "Erm... I need to ask you something." I said nervous of what the answer would be. "Ok, go on then"She advised. "Do you and Reece like each other?" I asked quickly. "What made you think that?" She questioned back, trying not to laugh. "Well earlier on the train when I was listening to music, you and Reece were talking together and he kept on looking down and blushing and smiling." I said looking down myself. She sniggered."The reason why he was blushing and smiling and looking down was because he asked me if you liked him because he likes you too, and I said that you do like him and that's why he was blushing and smiling." Tia said laughing. "Oh...right ok. Let's just forget that conversation ever happened." I laughed looking embarrassed."Ok, let's go downstairs." Tia said walking out the door.

We walked down the staircase and walked into the living room. Although there were 8 of Stereo Kicks there wasn't many people left in the competition. It was only Lauren, Stereo Kicks, Fleur, Ben and Andrea left. Fleur, Andrea and Ben had all gone to rehearsals, so it was only Me,Tia,Lauren and Stereo Kicks in the house. 3 girls and 8 boys, some how I had a feeling something would go wrong.

Tia found Lauren going through the DVDs in the living room whilst I went into the kitchen to collect the Hot chocolates and the popcorn that Lauren had already made. I placed everything on the coffee table in front of the sofa we were all sitting on "What are we watching?" I questioned. "Pitch perfect, I know we all love this film" Lauren smiled, flopping down and taking a seat next to me with Tia following behind. We drank our hot chocolates in no time and shared the massive bowl of pop corn, giggling at the film.

Half way through the film I got up to go the kitchen to get a glass of water. I heard someone cough as if to try to get my attention and I whipped my head around to see who it was. There Reece stood in just his joggers and socks with no top on looking through the fridge.

"Oh hi Millie" he said as if nothing was going on." H...he...hello" I stuttered. He just laughed and shook he head now knowing why I was stuttering."Is there something wrong?" He smirked, whilst I stood there gob smacked."Erm...no there's Er nothing wrong" I said trying to look anywhere but his body or his face."Ok then" he smiled.

I went to walk off but Reece grabbed my hand and pulled me in close "there is something wrong isn't there?" He smirked yet again. "I dunno, is there?" I asked playing him at his own game and smirking back baring in mind our faces were so close I could feel his warm breath on my face.

"Could I try something?" Reece asked before pushing a strand of my hair off of my face and leaning in. I did the same, leaning in and closing my eyes. "Millie, the films finished!" Lauren said coming into the kitchen."Oh I'm sorry, did I interrupt something?" She asked. "Erm, no not at all." I said, realising myself from Reece's grip, giving him a small smile and then walking off. How embarrassing!
