I woke up to unknown place, it took me a while to recognize where i was.
Its my aunt Delilah's house and i was lying on the sofa at her living room. She was sitting right next to me looking at me with soo much pitty and pain, that's when i remembered what happened and i started crying. It took me a while to calm down and stop crying into my aunts arms. I was given a room and told to rest for tommorrow we will be burrying my mother. I was devasted and exhausted when i hit the bed sleep took over.
The next morning i woke up and did my normal morning routines, after i was done i went to the living room and met with my aunt and family all ready to go.After the funeral my uncle one of my mothers brother decided to take me and go live with him and his family together with my grandmother, since i was only six years old i didnt know what to do so i accepted what ever i was told. "Leila everything will be fine, your are my responsibility now and my family is happy to live with you, dont worry about anything my dear child you will be fine" That moment i realised i had to be strong and accept whatever was happening.
After 3 days we were finished with the funeral and we started our journey to my uncles Place in Arusha, i was worried about my life, how its going to be, will the family love me??will they see me as their own? Will i be happy? I had so many questions in my mind without any answers.
