A Sad Way To Start The Year...

It started off as a joke...That the COVID-19 would turn us all into zombies...We joked around saying "bro, I'd take you with me!" and "bro, we'll meet up at my house and just ride around on motorcycles!"...Little did we know...

The theory of COVID-19 being made in a lab was correct...but not how we thought. It was originally supposed to be a cure for death if you will. In the first few days of death, if given the cure, the person can be saved. But something went wrong...It did revive the dead...but, as they say, once something's lost...

...you can never get it back...

The first the virus. Millions of people caught it, many dying from it...We called it COVID-19, not knowing the true threat of the "virus". A few months later, nearing October, the first zombie appears. No one knew what it was or what to do. So, like the idiots we are, we just took photos, videos, anything we could. And then, things got violent.

Zombies are always seen as slow and rotted. Truth is, their as fast as humans, and they're not all rotted. It depends on the level of decaying before the resurrection. And that's why some can pass off as humans. And that's also why they're more dangerous...

The first zombie led to 10 others, then 10 led to 50, then 100, then 200, then 500, then 1,000, then, well...you get the point...

And soon enough, schools were used as bunkers, homes were being ransacked and used as camps, and bodies littered the streets.

You see, it takes a few days before the dead truly become zombies. And it's a painful process. First, you need to be bitten or somehow infected by the saliva. The toxins in the saliva are enough to kill you alone, and then, after a few days, turn you. But, in some areas, where the virus was more centered, there have been traces of radiation that causes, not only the dead but actual people, to become zombies. So, I guess the masks really do come in handy...

A lot of lives were lost to just to corona. I didn't personally know anybody, no friends or family, that died. But then came the zombies and ruined my perfect picture...

Two friends of mine, Kathrine and Regina, were taken by the zombies. Dani went in after them, trying to save them...As brave as she was, she couldn't...The guilt alone killed her...And, now, it's just me, Cathy, Anne, Lukas, Taliah, JD, Dylan, and Heather.
