Third Person P.O.V.

Lydia Martin didn't know how it happen. One minute she was staring gladly at her hot boyfriend, Jackson, from across the hall. The next minute she's walking up to a guy she never knew, and was forced to go out with him.

She honestly didn't know.

As Lydia was staring blankly at Jackson from across the hall, she tuned out the words that were coming out from her "friends" mouth. She could care less of what they were talking about. But as soon as Lydia heard her name soon being the topic of the conversation, she got out of her daze and looked at her "friends", wondering what they were talking about.

"What was that guys? I couldn't quite hear you." She said, her attention now on them.

"Oh, we were just talking about how you, Lydia Martin, will never go out with a guy like that." The two girls moved a little to show the guy behind them, trying to shove endless amount of what seems like classwork into his locker. None of the girls really knew his name, only labeled him as a dweeb, nothing more, nothing less.

"I mean like, you kinda can't. He's not the type of guy you would even date. He would just lower your popular status in this school."

Lydia was honestly furious when Heather finished what she had just said. No one tells what she can do or what she can't do. It was honestly the same way with Jackson. He always told her what she has to do, it was as if she was some sort of dog and he was the master. Lydia was honestly tired of having that kind of people around her, so her next words were certainly going to catch them by surprise.

"What makes you say that? I mean it's not like that guy would even affect my status, it would more like affect his. I'll probably raise his status in this school. He should even thank me if I even talk to him for just a second." Lydia controlled her anger, managing to say that whole statement without yelling at them for being so stupid. But everyone always has those type of "friend" that will always lead you to stupid things.

"If you say so, then I dare you to go out with him." Lydia almost choked on the air she was breathing. Those words shocked her.

"What did you just say?" Lydia was trying to find just a hint on Heather's face that she was kidding. Lydia honestly just said that big statement just to act tough, but the thought of going out with someone way below her status brought sickness into her stomach.

"You heard me Martin, I dare you to go out with him. If he doesn't affect your popular status at all then go out with the guy for 2 months. You have to hold hands, kiss, cuddle, go on dates, and act like a normal couple would."

Lydia was about to punch Heather for being so stupid. Why would she do this to her? Well Lydia obviously knew the answer to that question. Heather never liked Lydia in the first place, she only agreed to be friends with her just to become popular.

"What about Jackson?" Lydia said, trying to find a way out of this dare.

"Oh please. We all know you hate the guy, you guys aren't even in what my therapist calls 'a healthy realtionship'. So just drop him, and go out with him."

Lydia knew that whatever was going on with her and Jackson wasn't going to last long. Jackson only showed some kind of affection only through his actions. And Lydia was just tired of him always wanting to get into her pants.

"Fine."

So that's how it lead to this moment. Lydia tapped on the guy's shoulder, getting his attention. He looked shocked it was clearly seen on his face. He closed his locker, trying to get whatever was in there to stay in there.

"You and me are going out now. Don't ask any questions on how or why? Just go with it."

The guy nodded in agreement, he was honestly surprised that Lydia even talked to him. He knew he was on never on Lydia's radar until now, and he wanted to know why?

But what other's didn't know, he had a crush on Lydia since the third grade. So questioning it would probably just ruin it, and he didn't want to ruin it at all.

"First of all, who are you." Lydia said, not making eye contact at him. She just stared with rage at her so called "friends".

"Stiles. Stiles Stilinski." Lydia thought that name had a nice ring to it, it was different, but who cares.

"Well Stiles, weather you like it or not. I'm your girlfriend now. And the names-"

"I already know who you are. You're Lydia Martin."

And so this was the beinging of the adventures of Lydia Martin and Stiles Stilinski.
