I left Ellie and walked over to the corner where Melissa and all of friends were stood. Melissa was wearing a long flowing green dress and her hair in a half up bun and Nicole was wearing a puffy black dress with her usual space buns in. "Matt said you wanted to speak to me," I stated.

"Oh, yes. Well, the group and I are worried about you."

"Why? I'm fine."

"You've been hanging out with that freak a lot more and it's weird and we don't want you making the wrong decisions at this school otherwise there could be consequences and we actually like you Jamie," Melissa said rubbing my arm.

"If you mean Ellie then she's not a freak and where are you going with this?"

"We want to give you a choice and we're hoping you make the right one. You can either continue to be friends with us and be popular and have a great time at this school or you could stay friends with Eggy Ellie and lose your status and your time here will be a living hell." What was wrong with Melissa? When I first got here she was so sweet and kind but I guess acting is her special talent. I really wanted to punch her. "I choose Ellie. She is an amazing friend. I don't care if you make the rest of my life a living hell but I put my friends before myself and for you to make me choose shows you're not a good friend. "We're shocked you chose her over us but we had a backup plan put in place just in case." Melissa said looking both annoyed and happy.

"What have you done?"

"Well, remember that little secret I told you?"

"Yeah..."

"Well, Matt is the one who told me and we've instructed him to share it with Ellie seeing as she does have a right to know," all of them were smirking.

"Seriously? Just because I chose her?"

"No, he was going to tell her no matter what." I turned around and charged towards Matt. I shoved Matt causing him to stumble into one of his mates. "You are a low life douche." I screamed.

"You're going to pay for that!" Matt pushed me back and just as he was going to take a swing at me Alex grabbed Matt's arm, "let's not start to throw punches."

"He just pushed my brother," Melissa said as she and her friends ran over.

"What's going on?" Alex asked.

"They told Ellie." Alex's face instantly changed and knew exactly what I was going on about. He just stood there in silence. I went to push Matt again but Alex stopped me. "What are you doing?" I shouted.

"Matt is my mate and I don't care about my sister." They suddenly did a bro hug. I was so confused. I ignored them and ran outside to look for Ellie. "Hey, wait up." I turned around and saw Alex running after me.

"What do you want? Shouldn't you be in there making out with your boyfriend."

"I figured that if Ellie's ran off then she's probably taken your bike so I pick-pocketed Matt's car keys." Alex said as he dangled the keys in front of my face. Matt had a bright red Lamborghini with orange flames running down the sides. I know his parents were loaded but still. "If Matt told her everything then I'm guessing she's gone to where it happened," Alex added. We got into the car and Alex floored it.
