We were driving as fast as possible. Luckily, there was no traffic on the roads. "Alex where are we going?" I was screaming at him but he just remained silent with his eyes fixed on the road. I was panicking so much. What if Ellie does something bad? I can't lose her. This is all my fault. I should have told her the second I found out. It's my fault. Alex was probably driving at about eighty miles per hour. I didn't recognise where we were and it was too dark to see any road signs. I was on the verge of tears.

Suddenly, the car pulled to a halt and we got out. We were at the old pier. I've read about it. There was an accident here years ago but it was never fully reported on and then the pier was closed for safety reasons. "There!" I heard Alex shout. I could see Ellie stood at the end of the pier stood on the top fence and as I looked closer I could see the blood pouring out of her wrists. We ran towards her and I screamed at the top of my lungs, "stop!"
