The Awakening

I opened my eyes looking around ....my body felt dead ....where was I  ....my head pounded against my skull as I sat up my enhanced hearing I heard voices below ....laughing ...and then I turned my head sharply to find a guy with dark blue streaked hair sitting in a chair, he was sleeping ....what should I do ...i have to leave ...no I have to find out where my brother is ...i put my hand out raising the man with my hand.
Colby:"OH SHIT!!...Oh OH ,yo please put me down I'll explain whatever you want "
Eris:"Where's my brother.....where am I? ...how did I get here ? ...w...who are you?"
Colby:"I don't know where your brother is ...your in L.A ..in my house ...in my room...my name is Colby "
I squinted my eyes at him not completely sure of his intentions ,I slowly set him down.
Colby:"your name ? Its...."
Eris:"my name...my name is Eris"
Colby:"..yeah...we found you almost a week ago drugged up inside of a warehouse we rescued you and brought you here"
Eris:"why to use me like everyone else"
Colby:"no ...no not at all....ever since I saw you in the man ...ive been ....curious about you"
Eris:"why....look leave me alone "
I attempted to stand but it wasn't going to work that way the boy was now under me catching me from falling.
Eris:"you....your a ...?what are you?"
Colby:"I'm a....hybrid ...what are you?"
Eris:"none of your business "
Colby:"look I get you might have been through some stuff but I give you my word that I want to help"
Eris:"......fine...im a hybrid siren witch...."
Colby:"wow...um...okay...how old are you?"
Eris:"well aren't you a gentlemen....ask a woman her age really......144"
Colby:"OH..oh "*he looked down his cheeks turning a little shade of pink but not much*
Eris:"and you?"
Colby:"heh....22"
Eris:"ooh...your a baby then heh ...thats the age I was when I well....stopped aging"
Colby:"oh ....haha I am not "
Was I smiling ? ,when I caught myself I tried to straighten my face.
Colby:"look I know that you are uneasy ...you don't know anyone ...but you look tired so you can sleep ...but if you would like we are having a party type thing in three days if you would like to come and join ,would you like to meet the girls ,they've been waiting for you to wake ..."
Eris:"umm...surre ...im starving though"
Colby:"I will go find you something while you meet the girls"
Colby got up from the bed and walked out as a couple of girls walked in ,one with blue hair ,the other with brown long hair and green eyes, a short brown haired girl ,another with just....colorful hair and another with brown hair too.
Short brunette:"first things first, I'm Tara, that's Kat *pointing to the blue haired girl* that's Devyn *pointing to the green eyes girl *that's Xepher , and that's Cassie"
Eris:"oh um...im Eris"
Tara:"wow ...Colby said you were pretty but you are gorgeous "
Eris:"uh..umm thank you.."
Dev:"so your coming to the party right? "
Eris:"uh...maybe i don't know ye...."
Kat:"hey so like....what are you?, I'm a vampire ,my boyfriend Sam the blonde hair and blue eyes he's a hybrid "
Eris:"uh.."
Tara:"I am also the only other female hybrid ,Xepher and her boyfriend Griffin ,and Reggie are werewolfs"
Eris:"um actually..."
Dev:"me and cassie are witches, Jake is a vampire ,Mike,Zues ,Colby, and Corey are also hybrids "
Eris:"Oh"
Xepher:"annd Kev, Aryia are vampires "
They all finally stopped talking and they looked at me ...
Eris:"umm....well im a hybrid siren witch"
Tara:"dude that is cool as fuck"
I smiled at here remark , I had never gotten the chance to have friends but I really liked these people.
Kat:"will you please come to the party and let us get you ready"
All of the girls:"pleeeasse"
I giggle at their goofiness
Eris:"sure....why not"
They cheered and got to talking as soon as they did Colby walked in.
Tara:"what are you doing back"
Colby:"weelll it is my room"
Tara:"oh well....yeah...whatever"
They laughed, Colby called in a person compelled I presume.
Colby:"and bringing Eris dinner"
Kat:"alright girls let's go"
They all got up to go.
All of the girls:"by Eriiss ,byyyyy Coollbbyy" they all giggled as he closed the door.
Colby:"by girls"

Colby:"if you don't mind me asking....and you don't have to tell...but what happened ...like your past ....how did you end up there...in this situation "
Eris:"I guess I don't see why not ,but id like to eat first"
Colby:"of course"
I sunk my teeth into the girls neck I felt it fill my mouth ,so sweet ,I knew what was gonna happen....i knew I was taking to much i latched on and didn't stop until she was completely drained ,the body dropped but Colby was ...unphased ...
Colby:"I kinda saw that coming ,are you...?"
Eris:"a ripper?.....yes...anyway you wanted my story so where better to start than the beginning ..."
Colby:"okay"
Eris:"when I was born , apparently it was ....well what the witches and my own father called it ....a mistake against all things living but before I came into my power, I was just a girl with a younger brother with an abusive father.....he would beat on our mother and let us watch sometimes until she was bleeding until....one day I yelled at him to stop and he turned on me "*Colby has a flashback * "NO....ERIS...NO PLEASE..."whip crack
(Eris continues with the story)
"Well one day he ...went over the edge and killed our mother as me and my little brother watched.....anger over threw me and I ripped my father head off and beat him until he was no longer in one piece ....

I saw Colby's eyes grow with those words

....me and my brother ran but my father had planned to give me to witches to kill me ...for being a freak of all things good and living...well they found us I told my brother to run and never look back and he did ....the witches ...tried to take me but I killed......so many...using anger towards my father .....but i must make it clear that when I woke it was hysteria that made me ask ,I was lost.....witches killed my brother.....burned him in front of me .....they put me next but I got free and ran ...i turned into a wolf and ran as far as I could until I was caught by people who pretty much cut open and study supernatural creatures I was dissected and tortured for years ,until I was handed over to Marcel...thats when you saw me I was being transferred ....then I was put under because I was to dangerous.....*yawn*..."
Colby:"look your probably exhausted why don't you get some sleep as long as you need and I'm sure the girls talked you into the party"
Eris:"haha....maybe ...i might ...and Colby..."
Colby:"yeah"
Eris:"thank you..."
Colby:"..of course..."
Eris:"Colby WAit..."
Colby:"yeah"
Eris:"will you stay with me ....at least until I fall asleep....."
Colby:"sure..."
Colby laid in the bed next to me on his back ,I laid curled up in a ball facing him ...as the sweet release of restful sleep took me over....
