Destiny 6
She stood facing the wall, trusting him wholeheartedly but there was a small voice in her wouldn't stop bugging.
M Mindvoice : Ivagulku ooku kutte teriyuma? Hmm...
He stood facing the same wall, the only difference she was standing between him and the wall. With shaky hands he moved her pleats to the side of her shoulder, and that's when he saw it. Her blouse wasn't only torn but the nail pierced her skin and she was bleeding slightly.
K Mindvoice : Athan nambeluku Valikutha'nu keterka... Ivalku aani kuti ratham vanderku... Hmm..
K : hmm... Ndah... Athu.. Rombe valikutha enna?
M : illengge... Konjum thaan...
K : ey! Konjuma... Ingge evlo rattam teriyuma?!
M : hmm....athu..... Konjuma valichithu... Aana rattam varuthunu.. Neengge sollithaan theriyuthu..
Looking around the room, he couldn't find anything to wipe off the blood oozing out from that small puncture. Then he remembered the pieces of clothes in that bag he was holding, so he immediately grabbed it and took it out.
K : hmm.. Inthe Ratham.. Thodaikenum... Athu.. Thodaikelama?...ingge paaru.. Inthe thooni'leh thaan..
He held out the cloth beside her face as a proof.
M : hmm...
She didn't bother too look at it, trust is a one way route. There's no turning back. No proof needed.
The material was pressed gently on her wound, wiping off the blood stain, at the same time he was careful to prevail her modesty from the torn blouse.
She hissed in pain when he pressed the wound and he panicked.
K : sorry....hm... Konjum alluthuma thodechitheno? Innime meduva seyiren...
While wiping the wound with complete care and gentleness, without realising he blew on it. It came naturally to him because that's how people tend to wounds, wipe and blow. It didn't seem wrong to him, so he repeated it a few times.
Closed eyes.
Clamped lips.
Laboured breathing.
Thudding heartbeat.
Nails digging the wall.
Goosebumps all over.
All these weren't the only things Mullai felt when she felt she warm breath on her cool skin, repeatedly. What was he doing?
M : Yengge... Enna... Enna panderiye...?
K : iru.. Punne aaranumleh...
M : athuku...
K : athuku... Punne aaranumna.. Ippadi.. Oo...da..num..
(awkward silence)
Upon completing his sentences, he realised what he just said. He was standing close to her, head bend down looking at her smooth slender back while blowing at a small wound with a puckering lips. He straightened up like a spring and silently slapped his forehead repeatedly.
K : illeh.. Chinna vayasuleh.. Amma ippadi seyivaange athaan... Appadiyeh... Naanum... Avlothaan.. Vere onnum illeh... Sathiyama!
Though she couldn't see him, she was sure he looked adorable with a palm on his head swearing his innocence to her.
Smiling to herself she assured him,
M : hmm seringge... Paravaleh...
He went back to look at her back and another revelation happened.
TBC..
