"What are you doing here?" An angry voice could be heard shouting form inside of the Baraz residence.
"That's no way to greet your wife." The woman scolded as she forced her way through the front door. Her stiletto louboutin heels echoed loudly against the tiled floor.
"Ex wife" Luciano retorted running after her. He made his way past her pushing her backwards into the wall stopping her in her tracks.
He didn't want the children to see her.
"This is the last time I will repeat myself." He hissed as he tried to reign in his anger. "Why. Are. You. Here?"
"I heard you had a new nanny and I wanted to meet her." The woman said smirking slipping under his arm before breaking into a little run.
She began opening doors making her way through the house.
"Stop this shit." He called after her. "I just want to meet her that's all." The woman grinned sarcastically as she scoured the building.
"She's in hospital." He said quietly causing the woman to turn to him quickly. He didn't miss the grin that graced her face before switching to a frown.
"Oh no why?" She asked softly moving to him and caressing his cheek with her well manicured hand. He quickly brushed her talons off him.
"Cancer."
"Terminal?" She asked hopefully failing to hide her true emotions. Luciano's nostrils flared as he began to shake with anger.
"OUT" he shouted at her, loving how her face scrunched in fear and shock. She took a step back reaching into her purse.
"Fine if you don't want to play nice let's get straight to the point." She huffed angrily.
"Custody papers. Sign the children over to me or marry me again and keep them." She said casually as she looked for the right document.
"I'll take care of that nanny she won't set foot in this house again." She said as she grinned in content at his shocked face.
Luciano snatched the papers off her reading through them. The paper crumpled under the force his shaking hands delivered.
"Why did you come back what happened to your lover." Luciano asked bitterly.
"Died of old age" she shrugged tapping the side of her nose as if passing on a secret message.
"You must be mad. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE." He shouted, throwing the pile of papers at her which scattered all around her.
The smile was wiped right of her face.
His hand reached out gripping her wrist as he began dragging her to the front door ignoring her pleas for him to let go.
"It's because of that nanny isn't it?" She screamed as she struggled to stay upright in her heels.
He ignored her.
Once he reached the front door he pulled her outside letting go and watched as she stumbled in her heels before falling to the floor. "Don't step foot on this property ever again. You will be hearing from my lawyers" Luciano growled out at her slamming the door shut when she tried to argue back.

• three days later•Luciano stood in the doorway watching Eliza struggle to play with the children. Her face scrunched in disgust when any of them neared her and the kids noticed.
He wondered how he ever loved her in the first place.
Luciano felt as though he had no choice. He couldn't lose his children.
He wouldn't marry her but he allowed her to see the children hoping it would be enough to convince her not to file for full custody.
However, it was clear to him now that this wasn't what she was after. She could hardly stand them.
He followed her to the kitchen intent on getting the truth out of her.
"Tell me truth. What do you want with me?" He bellowed scaring Eliza who dropped the mug she was holding which shattered to pieces on the floor.
"Huh?" She feigned innocence.
"Don't bullshit me. It's not the children you want clearly. You want something from me." He said lowly stepping closer to her.
Eliza's face crumpled with guilt.
Why would she come running back to him when her sugar daddy had died. Surely she would take his money and go live her...
Luciano broke the unnerving silence by letting out a laugh. It was laced with anger, bitterness and revelation. "He left you no money in the will didn't he?" He mocked watching her face become red with embarrassment.
"Did the scammer get scammed?" He teased, his eyes twinkling with amusement as hers filled with tears.
"So you want my money now?" He crosses his arms turning around as he began pacing around the kitchen.
"So that means you don't have money to take me to court or do anything and I introduced the children to you like a fool." He seethed.
Luciano burst out of the kitchen gathering all of her belongings from the living room. He shoved them into her chest and yet again dragged her out of the house.
This time all the way to the gates.
"I'm filing a restraining order and for full custody of the children. Step a foot near this house one more time and you will see." He stayed in a bored tone.
"Don't let her set foot in here again." He told security Before beginnings is walk back to the house.
"You will regret this." Eliza shouted weakly as tears cascaded down her face as security tried to pull her away.
"I'll make you regret everything"
Luciano scoffed ignoring her empty threats.
