Chapter 7: A Walk in the Woods?

A/N: These are the people who are trying to get Kody from the original webtoon. Since there are no names for them, I'll just wait until we get canon names.

"My lady, there have been some stories about a white werewolf/dog and a witch boy in—"

"Oh my. And where are they coming from?"

"A town about 100 miles away from here. Terranevo."

"Oh, I see... Then pack your bags, we're going on a trip...Hahahahahaha..."

Meanwhile, back at the plot...

Lumine's P.O.V.

"Kody, your learning pretty quick, I'm proud." I said as I rustled his hair. Now. I'm gonna write something on this notepad. I want you to tell me what it says." I quickly wrote something down and then showed him.

"Um...not too sure..." He then smiled as he said back in Terranian, "I love you too idiot."

"Hehe..." I giggled. "There is still a lot more to teach you. But I think this is enough for now."

"Y-Yeah..."

Kody's P.O.V.

I looked around the room and finally stopped at Lumine. "Hey, why don't we go for a walk? If you want, we can go through the woods."

"That'd be nice." He said I'd his tail wagged.

I smiled and then went to grab my coat. We walked outside as he held the door open for me. I blushed, and then proceeded to exit.

When we got to the woods, it's was somewhat warm, with some green sprouting under the white snow. 'It must be almost spring?' I thought to myself.

Meanwhile, Lumine was happily walking beside me as I put my arm around him. 'He's so warm.' I thought as we slowly made it up a small hill.

When we got to the top, Lumine sat down and patted the ground beside him. I obliged and sat down next to him.

"H-Hey Lumine?"

"Oh-Uh...Yea?"

"Do you really think...my dad is...dead?"

"Oh...um...I really don't know. There is still a chance that...he might still be alive."

"Oh...you really think—"

"Listen, even if he's not, you still have me. I'm always there for you." That made me smile and start to cry.

"I love you Lumine." I said crying.

"Oh no, please d-don't cry K-Kody..." Then I felt his warm hands wrap around me. "I love you too, Kody."

I decided to take this moment and lean in to kiss him. He accepted and kissed back. We broke apart so I could wipe my eyes.

Then,

I noticed something in the distance.

It started to move closer and closer. I think Lumine noticed it too when he said, "Stay back!" The then turned into his wolf form and got ready to attack.

"Wait!" I shouted. Lumine looked puzzled as I watched the figure come out of the woods.

"Dad?"
