Luis looked through the papers over and over again, there was something he was missing but he didnt know what. He sighed and put the papers down. "I cant seem to figure this out, a 4 year old girl, 15, and even 45, they were all strangled, but have different strangle marks on there necks, one even had a plastic bag over her head as she strangled." Luis ran one hand through his straight dark brown hair and slapped the paper down on the desk. His assistant came in with his coffee and looked at him with a worrying face. "Maybe you should go home and rest, you have been looking over this case for 5 hours straight now and the chief is getting pretty pissed that you spent so much time over a case for so long now." "Maybe you're wrong Jane, maybe im just about to make a breakthrough and you  are disturbing me dammit!" Jane flinched and backed out of Luis' office quickly, muttering a quick apology and slamming the door. Luis sighed and thought that maye he shouldn't have been so hard on her. Maybe he should go home and get some rest. Luis sighed and packed the papers in his briefcase and packed up, locking his office door. The cheif trundled over to Luis, looking furious. "You havent worked on any other case but this one! Give it up Luis, put the case back in the close cases or you're fired. No i changed my mind, i expect to see that case first thing on my desk tomorrow, only then will i decide your punishment." Luis stopped and turned, looking at the cheif with such hatred that could kill someone. "You cant fire me, cause i quit this shitty joint." The chief looked ready to explode when he thrust out his hand, reaching for Luis' brief case. Luis kept it away and unlocked his office door, packing up most of his things. He soon heard a light knocking and opened the door, standing there was his former assistant, Jane Ludow. She looked kind of sad for such a happy person, it almost made Luis sad to go but, he needed to know more about this case, about the stranglings, put these people's souls to rest. It had been 45 years, its about time they had some justice. Luis finished packing up most of his things and even took the plaque off his now former desk. Jane sighed and walked out, stifling a few tears. Luis picked up the box containing his things and made the long walk to the door, glaring at the chief. He made it to his car and started to unlock it, feeling a cold wind go from his neck to his lower back, making him shudder. He loaded his things in the car and made the drive home, feeling a bit unsafe......
