"So, what happened between you two?" Ricky asked suspiciously, as we walked in.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"You guys are laughing" Connor couldn't help but chuckle himself.

"Doesn't mean anything" I did a mock of the confused meme girl as Jc laughed.

"Yeah, right" Sam scoffed while rolling his eyes.

"Well..." Kian released his arm from Andrea's waist and clapped them together.

"Um... I think we should play a game" Andrea nodded her head asking for everybody's agreement.

"Yeah... we should" Sam smirked.

"Um... I don't know..." Jc seemed unsure.

"C'mon it'll be fun!" I tugged on his sleeve.

"I was thinking we'd just watch movies or something" Jc scratched the back of his head.

"No, please it'll be fun!" I begged, persuadably.

"Fine" he answered under his breath.

"Yay!" I cheered while dragging him into the circle and sitting down on the floor next to him. As if on cue, the beautiful Lia Marie Johnson walked in.

"Hey guys! What're we doin'?" she asked in her sweet tone.

"Playing a game" Marlene answered.

"Oh, what game?" she asked.

"Uh..." Marlene didn't seem to have an answer.

"Truth or Dare" Jenn suggested.

"I guess truth or dare, care to sit?" I tried seeming thrilled, while on the inside I was beating myself up for not taking Jc's offer.

"Yeah, sure" she answered, while taking a seat next to Jc.

I didn't mean there.

"Who's gonna start?" Andrea cheered.

"I will!" Connor cheered "Ricky. Truth or dare?"

"Hm... I'm gonna have to go with dare" Ricky responded.

"I dare you... to... run outside to the middle of the street in your underwear and yell "Buy Only on iTunes."

"Creative promoting, I like it" Ricky said and did what he was told.

"Ok, Ricky you can do the next one" Connor smiled.

"Ok, hm... Melissa!" Ricky yelled, while he focused his eyes on me.

"Me?" I pointed at myself confused.

"Is there any other Melissa here?" he asked, making everybody laugh "Truth or dare?"

"Uh... truth" I picked, hoping it was safe.

"Are you and Jc a thing?" he asked.

"Dare" I quickly contradicted myself.

"I dare you to answer my question" he smirked.

Oh God.

Suddenly it was silent and all eyes were on me, including Jc's.

Yes.

Yes..

Yes...

"No" I panicked, as I heard a sigh of relief coming from Lia and Sam paint a smirk on his face, while Jc had a look of disbelief on his face. "Can we play a different game?"

"Spin the bottle!" Kian yelled "but people in a relationship have to kiss on cheeks."

"Oh my god." I said under my breath so no one could hear.

"I'll go first" Kian spun and it landed on me, so he kissed my cheek, but still Jc kept a close eye on me.

It went in a circle for a while, and then it was Jc's turn and I was praying in like 7 different languages it would not land on anyone who wasn't in a relationship.

It landed on Lia.

"So... cheek?" Jc asked, while Lia looked at him with hopeful eyes.

"Why, dude? You're not in a relationship" Sam smirked.

"C'mon Jc you gotta lock da lips" Kian said in one of his stupid accents.

"Well, I guess... I'm not in a relationship so... it won't matter" Jc whispered, so only I could hear.

They started leaning in, as everyone stared at them, but just as they were about to kiss...

I spilled... I couldn't take it.

"Jc IS MY BOYFRIEND!" I yelled and then quickly put my hands over my mouth.

Jc looked at me with a smirk, while Lia was a bit angry at me. I looked around, sad faces... surprised faces... smirks... happy faces... they were all different.

And it scared me...

"And... Melissa is my girlfriend" Jc pulled me in and kissed my forehead.

"It happened today, I thought it was too soon to tell" I looked down.

"We knew it was gonna happen one way or another" Ricky laughed.

"Congrats" Lia murmured, not too thrilled about the announcement, it kind of made me proud...

Oops...

"I'm out" and like that Sam was out the door.

... that might've or might not have hurt my heart a little...

"Damn. Zero to a Hundred real quick" Connor announced, noticing the tension that quickly grew in the room.
