I was not really in a good mental state when I wrote this. Don't worry it's been a long time and I am doing fine now. Even though it is not how I feel now, it still was a time that I have been through in my life and I feel like it belongs somewhere in here. And even though I don't like remembering those things I am still glad that I am here and that I am the person I am today.
Whenever something occupies you don't hesitate to reach out for help. If not your parents, maybe your siblings. If you don't have any siblings talk to a friend. If you don't want to talk to your friends about certain personal things then that is fine as well.
You don't necessarily have to "talk" about things. You can paint, play music, write (which I like to do) read or listen to music. There are so many different ways to express yourself that help you with what you're going through. Just please don't let it inside. Try to get it out somehow. And if it is by just screaming your lungs out then so be it. Just don't let it grow and rage inside of you. <3
