Why me?

I walked out of the kitchen and into the living room where Tia was on her phone."Tia, you need to come upstairs with me now please!" I whispered. We both rushed upstairs and into the room we were sharing with Lauren."What's wrong?"Tia asked looking concerned."She nearly kissed Reece in the kitchen." Lauren said before I could say anything. She was stood at the door with Reece standing behind her. Well this was not at all awkward. I just looked down as I could feel my cheeks getting warmer and warmer.

"Tia come here a minute" Lauren said, with a cheeky and mischievous look on her face. She whispered something into Tia's ear and they both legged it out of the room, pushing Reece in and closing the door."we're not letting you out until the awkwardness between you has gone and you've both kissed, we know you both like each other." Tia shouted from the other side of the door. These guys were meant to be my friends. "Well, what do we do now?" I asked Reece. "I have got something in mind" Reece said with a smirk. He started walking towards me, edging closer and closer and I knew what he was trying to do. "Don't even think about it Reece, don't! I warned him. He ran after me round the room, trying to tickle me."Reece!" I screamed.

He grabbed my waist and pulled me onto the floor before tickling me. "Reece....Reece! Stop tickling me! I... Ccannt breathh!" I said out of breath. "Only if you say Reece is my best friend and he is so hot and an amazing singer." He said smirking." No, because then I would be lying" I smirked back."Fine then, I'll just have to tickle you even more" he said giggling."No! I was only joking! I'll say it"I said quickly."Go on then" Reece urged. "Fine, Reece is my best friend and he is so hot and an amazing singer." I sighed. "Good"

Reece smiled getting off of me and letting me go from his grip. I stood up and brushed myself down before walking towards the door, but I tripped over my own feet and stumbled. I thought I was going to land with a bang but I didn't, I opened my eyes and saw that Reece had caught me and was now holding my waist to stop me from falling. And yes he still didn't have his top on.

"I'm glad I caught you" He smiled, looking into my eyes. "I'm glad too, other wise I would have been on the floor. So thanks" I giggled. "Your very welcome" He smiled. I just looked into Reece's eyes as he looked into mine, we started leaning forward, edging closer and closer together until our lips touched. It was short but sweet and I definitely felt the fireworks erupting just like everyone says.

"Have you kissed ye...oh right, ok their kissing now!" Lauren said making both me and Reece pull apart because we were laughing as Reece held me in his arms. She walked off and shut the door behind her. "That was erm..." I said trying to find the right word."That was amazing" Reece said dreamily. I just smiled.

Reece's POV
Wow! I just kissed Millie. I didn't even think she liked me but clearly I was wrong. It was amazing, it was a short but sweet kiss. I even felt the fireworks go off.

I've only known Millie for two days now but it's like I've known her for years and I'm really starting to like her. She's beautiful, talented, clever and she's not like all the other girls, the funny thing is, she just doesn't realise. She thinks she nothing special when really, she is perfect.

Millie's POV
I was really starting to like Reece, maybe he just kissed me because he felt sorry for me. Why me? Of all the girls he could chose from? Why me? I brushed the thought aside and tried to think of something else.

All of a sudden there was a loud noise downstairs, me and Reece looked at each other and ran down the stairs, into the kitchen to where the noise was coming from. We were shocked at the sight in front of us. All the boys from Stereo Kicks, Lauren and Tia were all having a massive food fight. Me and Reece took a few steps back, hoping they all hadn't seen us walk in.

But to our luck they had. Charlie, James, Lauren and Tia all turned around to face us, all with the same evil smile plastered on their faces and all with food in their hands ready to aim at me and Reece. We legged it upstairs and locked ourselves in the bathroom, hopefully we won't be in here for too long.
