Unexpected (Taekook)

Chapter 4

Taehyung was the first to break the strained silence"Shall we then?"he motioned for Jungkook to walk ahead of him and which he did.

Jungkook saw his laguage in front of a white door and knew that was his room.

"This is your room"he gestured.

"I know"

Taehyung ignored the attitude and turned on his heel.

"You remember what I told you yesterday don't you?No one can care for a child more than a mother.You underestimated my importance in my son's life"

"He's our son, Jungkook"he corrected him sternly

"Don't you think you owe me an apology, Kim Taehyung?"he mocked derisively.

"Fine, I'm sorry. I was wrong and you were right.You have won.Are you happy now?"

Jungkook scolwed and went inside his room.He scanned the room which appeared to be the size of his living room back at his apartment.He had his own bathroom attached to it.

With a heavy sigh he threw himself onto the bed and collapsed.He felt happy for getting even with his son's father.On his first day he had managed to get an apology out of him.That was way too easy.He had expected Taehyung to put a fight about apologizing to him but he didn't.

Breath hissed through Jungkook's teeth.He needed to stop letting Taehyung get to him .Nor should he be even thinking about him.

Slowly he pulled himself off the bed and started unpacking.He hadn't brought that much clothing since he didn't know when he was going to get kicked out once he had served his purpose.Taehyung seemed more than capable to do that to him.

About an hour later there was a knock on his door.

"Hello"the buttler said to him.

"Hi"

"Madam Kim sent these for you.She said to get ready and come down in an hour"

"Thank you"

"Have a good day sir"the buttler bowed.

"You can call me Jungkook.Thats fine"

"We were told to address you as sir.You are the new member of the family"

Jungkook nodded reluctantly and went back inside.Now he felt like a newly wed.He took a look at the clothes that the buttler had brought for him.A pair of blue skin jeans,a white stripped long sleeved dress shirt that had a back which was longer than the front.Lastly he noticed a blue scaf that had white dots.This he had no idea what it was.

Just when he was about to go and ask what the scaf was for the door opened and a young, beautiful woman walked in.She looked dressed up for a party

"Need some help?"she leaned against the opened door

"You are .."Jungkook waited for the woman to introduce yourself.

"Forgive my manners , I'm Soyoon Taehyung's sister"she walked to the center of the room.

"It's nice to meet you I'm Jungkook"

"You seem younger.How old are you?"

"I'm 22,I will be turning 23 in September"he said.

"I'm older than you so call me Noona.What can I call you then?"she asked excitedly.

"Whatever you are comfortable with"

"Are you sure"she tilted her head,her brow furrowed slightly.A smirk was working it's way up on her lips.Unfortunately it went unnoticed by  the naive younger

Jungkook nodded.

"Alright then.Change first then I will come and teach you how to deal with that thingy."

"Thanks"he smiled nervously.

Why  was everyone in Taehyung's family nice except him.

A few minutes later there was a gentle tap on his door and he knew who it was.

"Please come in"

Soyoon was holding her make up kit and Jungkook looked at her in confusion.

"Don't give me that face. I'm not going to kill you.First thing first,sit in front of the mirror"

Jungkook did as he was told only to regret it later.The scaf thing was actually a chocker.He wasn't really a fun of makeup but this time around he seemed to like it.Soyoon had given his pale lips a hint of red color by applying some of her red lip gloss.She used a brown eyeliner to enhance and highight his eyes.She had also helped him with his hair.

"Is it okay to wear something like this?"he started feeling self conscious because most of his closet included sweats and he was comfortable wearing them anyway

"You look perfect, brother in law"she winked.

"What?"Jungkook felt sick.Why would she say something like that about him.

"I didn't say anything. I will see you downstairs"

"Has blue woken up yet"

"Not yet.You will hear him once he wakes up.He dosent excatly like anyone around here especially his nanny"

"I'm all that he has ever known so it would be understandable if he rejects everyone else"

"I hope you can change that for us"she said hopefully.

"I will try"

"You gave him a nice name though"

Jungkook blushed at the compliment.

When Jungkook got out of his room he bumped into Taehyung who was also coming from his.The older male was wearing  blue slacks and a white dress shirt.Emmaculate as usual.

Taehyung looked at Jungkook from head to toe and then again.Jungkook acted oblivious
to whatever the older was doing

"What happened to you?"he mocked with a scorn smile.

Jungkook ignored him and went into Minwoo's room when he heard him crying.Taehyung also went in after him.

Minwoo stopped crying and made grabby hands at Jungkook.Unable to resist his cute son , Jungkook leaned down into his crib and picked him up.

"You missed mommy didn't you?"he cooed and the baby smiled.Taehyung felt his heart flutter on the sight of seeing his son smile for the first time.

"You wanna hold him?"he asked softly.

"I think he has made beans inside his diaper"he reeled back.

"You don't know how to change the diaper do you"Jungkook laughed.

"I don't"he confirmed flatly.

"I will change him"

Jungkook took the baby to the diaper deck and removed his pants as well as his diaper.Jungkook made faces at the baby and made him giggle.

"Can you pass me the wipers please"

Taehyung went and took the box of baby wipers and handed them to Jungkook.

"The powder please"he prompted.

If Jungkook wasn't busy then he would have seen how Taehyung looked pissed at him.Why couldn't get just tell him to get all the stuff at once.

"Here you go.Anything else?"he asked midly.

"No"he gave his head a slight nod.When he was done he placed the baby in his father's arms.

"Now he's all clean. I need to wash my hands before we go downstairs"

"Hey big boy"Taehyung kissed his son's head but he got a poker face in return.This was all Jungkook.
