I ran down the harbors of the schools hallway. All these preppy bitches get on my nerves. I ran to the nearest bathroom and locked myself in there. I sighed as I pulled out a joint I stole from my mom.

Inhale. Exhale. That's all you have to do. Don't let them ruin your day. (A) I want them all to burn in the never ending pits of hell.(b) no you don't your just mad.(a) I don't, I know I'm just mad.(b) I sighed laughing bitterly at my thoughts. I put out the joint. Why do I have this again? I don't smoke. I walked out the bathroom being fed up for today. Walked straight pass the security guards holding my middle fingers up at the cameras once I passed by and ran through the double doors.

Where to now?(a) Well I don't know, sure as hell not home though. Mom would freak and she'd tell dad and we don't want that.(b) How bout the park?(a) Hell yeah! Perfect choice brain(b)

I walked on and continued my journey to the park. I sat down by a puppy. It was black and white patches all over. You couldn't tell which had more. It was whimpering my heart broke at the sound. I reached towards it and it jumped back. I sighed and smiled gently at it, motioning my hands, and calling it softly with kissing noises. It looked at me cautiously before coming into my arms. I smiled as I pet it. "What's your name-" I checked under its legs for the gender. It was a girl. "-girl" I asked not expecting an answer. I looked at her for a tag seeing none.

I rubbed her some more before reaching in my school bag and pulling out some lunch I had earlier. I put it in the ground for her nudging her forward slightly. She got the message and hopped down immediately devouring the food. I guess she was hungry. I'm gonna take her. It's not like no one else seemed to want her. After she finished, I scooped her up in my arms and brought her home with me.

Sneaking past my mom who was sleep on the couch. I went up stairs to my room and sat her down. I checked the time, 4:04. I usually be back home at this time so it's safe to some down now.

I walked down the stairs and grabbed some money out my safe and walked to the nearest pet store. I bought her a cage and some food, treats, bowls, leash, etc. I c walked back home struggling to carry everything but eventually just put everything in the dog cage. I walked in, after unlocking the door, walking up the stairs to get her situated. I really have to give her a name.

Pepper! Totally. I picked her up rubbing her fur. "How bout I name you pepper girl." I say. She barked in response while nuzzling my hand. Pepper it is. "Hewwwo lil baby pepper" I said in a baby voice. She barked happily. I smiled and sat her down.

I looked at the calendar and sighed. My birthday's tomorrow and I bet you it's gonna be bad as always. A tear gently rolled down my cheek and I wiped it swiftly as there was a knock on my door. "Who is it?!" "It's your mom!" She said loudly. I got up and unlocked the door.

"Why do I hear barking-"she stopped when she saw pepper. " Leilani Why is there a dog here?" I sighed and gave my mom my best puppy dog eyes. "Can I please keep her, she was so sad and it could be my early birthday present she makes me so happy."

I said jutting out my bottom lip. She stared at me for a few seconds. "Fine!" She huffed. I cheered as she walked out. Well at least that went good. I looked at pepper. "We get to kweep you baby" I said in a baby voice again. She wagged her tail happily.
