His promise

Prologue

Hi guys! This is the first story I've created so far, this isn't the perfect story but I hope you'll read this 'til the end! Oh and for the wrong grammars and words I'm sorry for that, please correct and bear with me until the end!♡

"Hey, what would you like to eat?" Ash asked me, without looking me in the eyes.

I stared at him for awhile before answering, thinking why he would suddenly call me here.

"Coffee will do. Why did you suddenly call me here? You know I still have classes later, right?" I said still looking at him with confusion and a slight worried face.

Ash has been my boyfriend since I was fifteen and we've been with each other for about 3 years now.

He knows me best and the same goes for me, he knows that I hate being called out when I need to go to school the next hour.

But here he is, calling me out suddenly without telling me the reason. I hope it's something worthy.

"I have something important to tell you but that can wait, ya sure coffee's enough? Knowing you, you would probably be starving in a couple of minutes now." He said while laughing.

I look into his eyes, I can't help but think that there's something he want to tell me and trust me, I think I know what it is.

"Don't be such an as*hole early in the morning, Ash. Whatever you wanna tell me, I wouldn't like to hear it."

"Yeah really, then quit acting like a cat and just order what you want. It's on me." He said. As if he have enough money.

I just ignored him and quickly ordered coffee while he just sit there quietly looking like he's going to die from un easiness.

I quickly took a sip of my coffee after it arrived, waiting for Ash to tell me what he really want to tell me.

"How's school by the way? Still having the A+ like some genius or something?"

I chuckled a bit. He sure know how to tease me.

"So what are you gonna tell me exactly? You know I can't be out too late, I have class later." A hint of uneasiness is in my voice.

"Nothing, just really want to be with you EARLY in the morning." He said smilling.

"I'll go to your place later, is that okay?" He looked at me with a grin on his face.

"Why? So you can go and rob Phoenix away? No way."

Oh, by the way Phoenix is my dog.

"Me? Rob your dog away? I hate that dog more than I hate being poor!" He said with defensiveness.

We continued our conversation for awhile not until my alarm rang, making me super nervous because I still need to prepare for school.

I immediately told Ash that I needed to go and leave the coffee shop afterwards.

School's done and I already felt tiredness, I need to see Ash and Phoenix.

I arrived home late, school's very far from my place. Usually taking about an hour and so.

I immediately looked for Phoenix and Ash. Knowing Ash, he'd probably be in my sofa waiting for me (he have an extra key for my house).

I was so surprised when I didn't see Ash. But there was a note in my sofa.

I read what is written and the note. Nothing but shocked and pain covered me.

I thought earlier that he was going to propose to me.

I tried dialing his phone but it can't be reached. I get out of my house and straightly go straight to my bike and start pedalling to his house.

I was crying when I saw nothing but another note.

"Heyy, you know, I've been really thinking of a way to break up with you. You're so boring and plain. I just stay with you because of your wealth. Hate me or what not like I care.

And don't even think of finding me because I don't wanna ever see you. Bye nerd, thanks for your wealth, now I have the money to study and do something with my life."
