Chapter Four ( Talent show)

I started to worry a bit but I just thought she was in the school till I saw Henry. His back was to me but I decided to go up to him and ask him were Ms.'Princess' is.

"Hey" I said to him as he was turning around.

" Hey Nichole what are you doing out here I thought you were in the talent show" He said.

"I am and I could ask you the same thing but were is Ms. Showoff?" I asked.

"She just went inside but I'm on after you so I got some time I think" he said laughed a little at my 'Ms. showoff' remark as he checked the time on his phone.

"Ok but since she's inside I'm gonna go inside and get the talent show done and over with" I said as I started to head towards the auditorium.

"I'm coming with" he said as he was running up to try and catch up with me, I was a fast walker so it was harder for him to try and catch up with me when he didn't run.

We finally made it to the auditorium and went inside and I went to go find Amy while Henry went to go sign in. As I was walking on the back stage I was met with Amy.

"Finally your here gee it took ya long enough" she said glaring at me.

I just ignored her glare and said "Your the one to talk when I'm the one who was literally looking for you.Bedsides that what are are parts that were doing?" I asked her.

Instead of answering my question she just rolled her eyes and looked away. We didn't plain what parts we were singing but Im pretty sure that Im doing Eminem and shes doing Rihanna.

As the last person was finishing up Amy was pulling up her shorts and pulling her tank top down a little, Im guessing she was planning on making an entrance...like always...

I could see my mom through the curtain. She was in her usual spot, which is the front seat in the middle were she can see me and I can see her without searching. I couldnt find Jordan so I just figured she was sitting some were in the back.

Everyone started to clap and cheer when Bridget, the one before Amy and I, finished her song."Ok now ladies and gentlemen we are starting the Duo's challenge, were we have 2 people singing together, and the best singer or raper wins. We have 2 Duos here. Theres Amy and Nichole, Then theres Nick and Henry. Theres going to be 2 winners tonight so we wish the bests of luck to you guys. Now...please welcome...Amy and Nichole" Mr. McGoulfree Are schools principle said.

Everyone in the audience cheered as Amy and I started to walk on stage. Amy was walking on stage like she was in the pageant or something. On the other hand I was walking on the stage like normal person.

We stopped in the middle of the stage and Mr. McGoulfree ran over to us and handed us microphones.

I looked around the auditorium to try and find Jordan and I found her in the corner holding a Microphone with the Channel 10 news logo on it and the Channel 10 news camera was there too, I gave her a confused look and she shrugged her shoulders.

I looked up to the person who was controlling the music and gave them a Nod so they know that Amy and I were ready. The music came on and I looked down to my mom and she smiled and I smiled back and then I looked to Amy to signal her to start, soon enough she got it and started to sing.

"Just gonna stand there and watch me burn" She sang as she was slowly getting on one knee and facing the audience and pointing and something random like the wall in the back and then back at herself.

"That's alright because I love the way you lie" she said shrugging her shoulders slowly with a cocky smile on her face while I was getting ready for my part.
