Chapter 1

-Y/N POV-

"Ugh... Today is the first day, gotta get ready I suppose." I sighed. I got up from bed and went to do my morning routine. After I finished, I went to the kitchen to make myself a sandwich. My aunt is probably still sleeping since she drank a lot of alcohol last night. I looked at the time and realise I was gonna be late so I quickly finish up my sandwich and left the house.

"Ah crap! I can't be late on the first day!" I thought. I started running and when I reached the traffic light, I saw something from the corner of my eyes. A brown cat was walking towards the road, I quickly ran towards the cat to pick it up. "HEY WATCH OUT !!" someone shouted. I felt someone pulling my shirt back while I was holding the cat. My eyes widened as a car flash right past me. "holy shit." I thought. I looked back at the person who pulled me, he had ginger coloured hair and his eyes were brown. "What were you thinking ?! That was so dangerous!! You could have been knocked down by the car!" he said with a worried expression. "I-i'm sorry.." I said looking down on the ground. I placed the cat on the floor and stood back up. The light turned green and I started jogging without saying a single thing to the ginger head boy. "H-hey wait up!" he jogged towards me and smiled. "My name's Hinata Shoyo! What's yours?" he looked at me with a big smile on his face. "Y/N L/N" I said without turning to his direction.

"What school do you go to Y/N?" he asked keeping a smile on his face. "Karasuno High" I replied, still not looking at him. "R-really ?! I go to Karasuno too!" he exclaimed. He notices your dangling keychain and his eyes starting shining, " d-do you play volleyball?!?" he questioned while jogging ahead of me so that he was in-front of me. He faced me with his eyes sparkling really brightly. "i don't, its just something to put on my bag." I said coldly before speeding up my pace.

After what seemed to be a long jog from my house, I finally reached the front gates of Karasuno. "Finally.." I whispered underneath my breathe. I took a deep breathe before entering the gates.

I wandered around the school trying to find the principal's office. "where is the principal's office?" feeling annoyed, I walk towards the stairs and bumped into someone by accident. "Ow..." I stopped. "Uwah! I'm sorry! Are you okay?" a sliver coloured hair guy panicked "Y-yea i'm fine.. Thank you." I said giving a smile, causing him to blush slightly. "Urm do you know where's the principal office?" I asked hoping he would know. "I do! Follow me, I'll bring you there." he smiled.

I followed him and after a few minutes of walking, we reached the principal office. "Here we are!" he said turning to face me. "Thank you uh..?" I stopped as I didn't know his name. "Sugawara koushi, I'm a third year" he said. "Thank you Sugawara-senpai" I said before going into the principal office. Before he could ask for my name, I closed the door behind me and went to get my schedule. "i should have at least gotten her name.." Suga sighed as he walk back to his own classroom.

I got my schedule from the principal and he told me the directions to my classroom. I thanked him and left the principal's office. I went to my classroom and took a seat.

-Time Skip-

The last bell rang and i stood up and left the classroom. I wasn't really excited to go home since my aunt is an alcoholic. It has been awhile since i actually seen people play volleyball. I guess I'll go to the gym to see if there is anybody playing. When reaching the gym, I heard noises from the gym. "HINATA BOKE!!" a guy shouted inside. I went to peak inside the gym when someone tapped my shoulders. I jumped a little and turn to see who it was. "Hi, are you interested to join the volleyball club as the ne-" he paused and his eyes widened. "w-w-w-wait... ARE YOU Y/N L/N ?!? ONE OF THE TOP 3 NATIONAL VOLLEYBALLER IN ENGLAND ?!?" the man screamed. Everyone in the gym was in total silence and all their attention was on me.
