It is generally a comment but in this case the writer wants to intrigue positive and negative emotions, shock or surprise in the way he or she has organised that comment paragraph.

for example i could comment on my best friend's TikTok video and say "Man! God really does have favourates✨🎇🥇 But you ain't one of them".

When my friend reads the comment he'll go through a positive emotion while he reads the first part of the paragraph and then he'll get shocked or experience negative emotions as he reads the second part of it a they thought the comment was to appreciate him/her but instead they got they're ego,agenda or ego smacked down.

They're used in almost all social media platforms and most recently on TikTok as some TikTok-ers would pay to get all sorts of fairy comments from friends claiming they just want to laugh at those comments.
