Sitting in class my mind was everywhere but on the assignment that I was supposed to be working on, but that wasn't my fault! I just couldn't stop thinking about the kiss with Lauren and how nice it was. I mean she was so gentle and sweet. She tasted like the vanilla and it was great.

"Dinah!"

My head snaps up and I look to see Camila standing right in front of me. "What's up Cabello?" I asked. The short girl rolls her eyes as she sits down next to me. "I've been calling you for five minutes but you didn't answer," she huffed. "Anyway are we still on for Friday?" She asked.

"What happens Friday?" I asked.

She shook her head as she scuffs. "You actually forgot. Unbelievable." She muttered. "Friday we were supposed to host that graduation party. You remember? It was your idea." I gave her a sheepish smile. "I'm sorry I totally forgot because I promised Lauren we'd hangout on Friday." I said. "I'm sorry."

Rolling her eyes she shook her head as she glares down at the floor. "Ever since Lauren came back it's like she's the only thing on your mind. Like you forget about everything whenever she's around." She says. I signed as I looked up at her. "Look I know it seems like that but that's really not what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to make it so she has a normal high school experience with out people looking at her strangely." I told her.

"People are always going to look at her strangely. She's a Jauregui!" Camila exclaims.

I furrowed my eyebrows as I stared at her. "What's that suppose to mean?" I asked. She ran her fingers through her hair as she moves around. "I just mean her family is pretty strange. Chris and Taylor can literally get away with anything by flashing their parents money around and Lauren faked being missing just to get attention. Their family is fucking weird Dinah." She argues.

I glared at her. "Lauren didn't fake being missing she was kicked out." I corrected. "It's the same thing. She made this whole town worry about her when she was an hour away and could have come home at anytime." Camila says. I raised an eyebrow at her. "She was kicked out of her home Cabello! Where exactly would she have gone if she came back?" I asked harshly.

"Anywhere! She had friends she could have stayed with Dinah!" She screams. "And honestly how do we know she didn't lie about being kicked out? How do we know that any of what she says is the truth? She could just be saying that to get attention and make people feel bad for her and honestly Dinah you fell right into her trap."

Before I could say anything I looked behind Camila and saw Lauren standing there with tears in her eyes. "Lauren-" I couldn't finish my sentence before Lauren ran out of the room. I just glared at Camila before running after the raven haired girl.

"Lo wait up!"

Stopping in her tracks she turns to me and I felt my heart break at the sight of the tears running down her cheeks. "Oh baby." I cooed softly as I pulled her into me and held her close to me. I could feel her tears soaking my shirt but I didn't care because I know how upset she was over what Camila and honestly I'm fine with her crying on me because that means she's letting it out.

Pulling away after a few minutes Lauren looks up at me and smiles a little. "Thank you for defending me. That was very sweet of you." She says. I kissed her forehead. "Anything for you Lo."
