Episode 30

*ring*

"Mom, do you need something?"

"Ari, can you go to my room and see if you can find an envelope on my desk with my name on it? If you find it then can you bring it to me? It's very important and I need it pronto. I forgot to bring it with me."

*Arissa walks into her mom's room*

"I don't see it."

"Are you sure? Check thoroughly."

*Arissa lifts up papers on the desk*

*Arissa sees an envelope on the floor*

"I see it now. I'll come and send it to you."

"Okay, honey. I'll share my location with you."

I hanged up the phone. I took the envelope and went out. I was going to take a car but the location is near so I decided to walk.

*Arissa stands across the street waiting for the pedestrian light to switch*

I felt like I was being followed. The feeling of goosebumps on my back and the hair on my body all stand. 

*the light switches*

*Arissa starts walking*

*a car speeds up in Arissa's direction*

I turned to look at the car...and my eyes turned black before I knew it. 

*the car runs over Arissa and dashed*

*people around call the police and ambulance*

*Zane's phone rang*

*ring*

"Hello."

"I told you, you will regret breaking up with me."

"What do you mean?"

*Charlotte sighs*

"Right now, Arissa is in a matter of life or death."

"What have you done with Qiqi?"

"What evidence do you have that it was me?"

*Zane hangs up the phone and rushes to the hospital*

*Zane gets to the front registration*

"Excuse me, I'm looking for the patient Arissa James. Is she here?"

*registrar looks up Arissa*

"Yes, she is. She's currently in surgery right now. Are you a family member?"

"Yes, I am."

*Zane gets in the elevator and goes to the third floor*

*Zane sees Arissa's family outside of the surgery room*

"Auntie. How is Qiqi?"

*Arissa's mom wipes her tears*

"Um...the surgeon hasn't come out yet. We don't know her condition right now."

"What happened to her?"

*mom cries*

"It was my fault. If I hadn't insisted that she bring me the envelope, this wouldn't happen."

*the police officers walks over*

"Excuse me. I'm Officer Howard, this is my partner, Officer Parker. We'd like to ask you guys a few questions regarding Miss James' case."

*mom and grandpa nod their heads*

"Does Miss James have any enemies that you guys may know of? Or people that could be possible suspects?"
