Y/n 's POV

Jimin... I am not sure... I am kinda scared *you said with a worried expression* i don't know if i am suitable for you in their eyes or not... U just-

Jimin : yah y/n! Are you stupid? How many times I've told you that you are Perfect and the one for me! I am so damn sure they will love you! You are the best daughter in law they'll ever find in this planet. * Jimin said while joining your forehead with his assuring you*

Y/n: i hope that i am.

You and jimin were dating for almost 6 months now, you were both so in love with each other, so jimin decided to take you to meet his parents but you knew that jimin's parents were very serious towards jimin's life and especially his love life because they were too high class for you. At first you tried to ignore his statement but due to his stubbornness you had to agree to meet his parents. So today was the day you get to meet them for the first time, they invited you both for dinner, you started getting ready 3 hours before the time because you wanted to present the best out of you... After changing tons of outfits you decided to wear this 🔽  not too much and not too less just perfect for this evening, after some light makeup you were ready

You came out of the house because jimin was already waiting for you outside of the house and his eyes widened after the second his eyes on you
Jimin : you look gorgeous sweetheart.

Y/n : thank you *blushing hard*

Jimin then quickly pecked your lips and ran to the other side of the car

/n : what was that jimin? Hahahaha
Jimin : well... You were too beautiful to resist! Hahah now get in the car before i lose control lol.
Y/n : wait what???? Hahahah

You both got into the car and drove off  after a ride of an hour you reached his parents' house it was so beautiful that your mouth opened by itself .

Y/n : woahhhh!!! I didn't knew y'all were this rich!!!

Jimin : hahahaha one day this will all be yours too! *Wink*

Y/n :*blushing* yah pabo-yahh!!

Jimin pressed the door bell and a lady in her early 50s opened the door well dressed, you both bowed and got in.

Hey mom! I missed you so so much!!! * Jimin said while hugging her tightly and kissing her cheek *

I missed you too my baby! * Jimin's mom replied with a very soft tone while caressing his cheeks *

Mom : Is this beautiful lady your girlfriend?

Jimin : yes mom she is!!

Y/n : hello ma'am, i am y/n * you said after bowing 90° in front of her *

Mom : oh you're really pretty y/n!!!

Dad: yaahh!! Can anyone tell me when i will get to meet my son? And his beautiful girlfriend??? * He said in a funny tone *

You thought to yourself that they don't seem as rude as you thought because they are polite towards you.

Mom : y/n! Come! The dinner is already served

Y/n : oh ok! But... Can i help in some way?

Mom : no no, it's already done!

Jimin : hmmmmm it smells gooooood!!!

Mom : thank you! But now stop cheesing around and start eating both of you. Hahahahaha

You both started eating your dinner, you tried to eat as neatly as you could, but you were so nervous that you kept messing up, like spilling the soup, the spoon slipped from your hand etc.

Thanks to god somehow you managed to finish the meal and tried to stood ut and take the dishes to wash but Mrs. Park intrupted you and asked you yo remain seated as she will do the chore herself because they're the guests.

You insisted on doing the dishes because you were already so embarrassed and you didn't wanted yo make someone so older than you work when you are present so Mrs. Park admitted defeat and let's you clean the dishes, you then went to the kitchen to do the dishes while jimin and his parents were in the living room discussing.

Jimin : so...what do you think... about... about y/n?

Dad : well... according to me, i don't have any problem with her because she is my ideal daughter in law type and above all she is your choice and i trust you more than anyone else, so don't ask me, ask yourself whether are you ready to spend the rest of your life with her or not? Can you keep her happy? Can you protect her at all cost?huh?

Jimin : Mom, dad... I am! I am ready to give the best of me to her! I love her so much and she means the whole life to me. I am ready.

Mom : i am glad you are.

You then came out of the kitchen humming "promise" and asked everyone if they wanted something, they all looked at you and said...
