Life was amazing. No Troy, no drama, cool new friends! I'm more happy than I've ever been in Hawkins!

"Guys!!" I hear static. "I know you can hear me!! Pick up!!" I hear a voice say over the super com. "What is it now Mike? Over." Dustin says. "Meet me at the mall in 5! There's something we need to show you!! Over and out!" He says. I put my super com in my backpack and run downstairs. "Mom! I'll be home by 11!" I shout. I hear a quiet. "Oh no you don't!" Yell and I rush out the door. I get on my bike and quickly ride away. Good thing I don't have to go to that stupid reunion now. I rode my bike to the rebuilt starcourt mall. I parked my bike in a bike rack by my friends bikes and went inside to look for them. I looked around. Nope. I squirmed through some people and headed towards scoops ahoy. "Finally! What took you so long?!" Mike practically yelled. "Thanks for coming! Glad you could miss out on your family event!" I say "or should I say, I'm surprised you weren't late to your own meeting because you were making out with El." I respond to Mike. "Sorry." He says. I saw Dustin staring at a girl. "Ooh! Someone's got a crush!" I say. "No. I think that's Stacy!" He says. "Stacy?" I ask. "Yeah she's the one that rejected me at the dance." He said. The guys were having a conversation so I pulled Dustin's arm over by a trash can. "Follow my lead" I said. I pointed at the map and pretended to say stuff. "Look at Stacy." I whispered. Then I focused on her drink and made it explode all over her. Dustin gasped. I tried to hold back my laugh when I saw her. Dustin and I just broke out laughing. "Guys!" Mike yelled for us to come back over. "What now?" I say annoyed. "I need to show you something!" He said. We went over towards the scoops ahoy's back room. "Steve! Car! Now!" Mike yelled. "Dipshits I swear! I can't take off right now!" He said. "Robin?" I yell. "What?" She said as she opened the sliding door. "Put up the closed sign we've got something to do!" I say. "What is it?" Robin asks. "I don't know. Why don't you ask Mike over here." I say. I'm really annoyed that Mike can't just tell us what he needs to show us. "Mike! What is so important?" I say frustrated. "You just need to wait and see. It's something really important." He says. "Okay I put up the closed sign and I'm about to turn off the lights. Let's GO NOW!" Robin says. Steve shuts the gate thinggy and we all run to his car. We drive a little bit. "LEFT!" Mike says and Steve turns left. A little bit later. "RIGHT!" Mike yells. "What is with you guys and not turning on streets!" Steve says. And he turns right breaking a fence. "Left!!" Mike screams. He turns left and all of us groan at the sharp turn. "Sarah! Close your eyes!" Mike yelled. "What why?!" I yelled. Then Lucas put a black blindfold over my eyes. "Fine!" I said. What the heck? I put my head back to try and see out of the opening by my nose, and Mike flicked my leg so that I would sit up. "Really?" He asks. "Sorry. But where are we going?" I ask Mike. "It doesn't matter! You'll see!" He says. I whine. "Okay.." I say and sit still. I feel the car coming to a stop, and then Mike and Dustin help me out of the car. "Careful!" Mike says, and be catches me before I fall out of the car. They make me walk a little farther, and a lot of turns. Suddenly I tripped on a sudden step. Dustin and Mike both caught me. "Sorry!" I say. "No no it's not your fault. We walked up some more steps, and then he told me to close my eyes. I did and he pulled the blindfold off of my eyes. I walked a few steps more. "Open!" He says. A door swings open and I walk into what looks like a house cabin thing. The lights suddenly turned on. "SURPRISE!!" Everyone yelled. "Oh my god!" Was all I said. I walked inside and sat on a couch. They handed me a bag. "Presents? Really?" I say and laugh. I open it up. There was a set of about 10 new walkie talkies. "Oh my god!" I said. I read the package. "Reaches over 70 miles! Woah!" I said. Everyone laughed and Max sat next to me alongs a good

I opened it. It was a photo of all of us. Including El. We took it at lunch the other day when My dad brought us some lunch. He also brought El. We all had lunch with him in the A.V. Club room. I pulled the picture out and looked closer. "Oh my god! I love it!" I say. "Look!" Dustin said, I looked in the box. It was a keychain. It said all of our names and the year. I laughed. "I love it! I'm gonna put this on my backpack." I say. All the other kids show me theirs. We all have specific colors.
Dustin: red white and blue
Mike: green and blue
Lucas: black and white
Will: red and white
Max: red and yellow
El: yellow and blue
Mine: (your fav color) and white.

"Totally tubular" all of us say. The adults, Steve and Robin all laugh. They handed me a big box. About the same height as me. I opened it. It had the guitar I had been wanting. "OH MY GOD" I said. I squealed and took it out and just held it. I pretended to play. I put it back in the case. My mom walked over and handed me a small box. I opened it, and it was a locket. It had an s on the front, and a picture of my parents on the inside. I put it on. "I love it." I say. Steve walked over. He handed me a medium sized box. I opened it slowly. I looked inside. A small box with newspaper filling up the empty space. I took the small box out and opened it. A slightly smaller box. I pulled it out and opened that one. The boxes seemed to go on and on, until I finally opened the last one. I was a string bracelet that had my name on it. I wrapped it around my wrist and hugged everyone. "Thank you so much! Best birthday ever!" I say.

Hopper dropped Sarah off at her house and she went inside. At Will's house, he had an episode in the middle of the night...
