Finding Jinx a Flinx Story

Good or Bad

Jinx picked up the rose in the vase wondering where Kid Flash went. She looked in her drawing pad on the unicorn picture and Kid Flash had written in it. "KF was here slowpoke ⚡️" Jinx looked out her bedroom window wondering where he went. "Trust me," she heard a voice in her mind. "Let me worry about them," the same voice said in her mind. "There is something about you that's different," the same voice said in her mind which she recognized as Kid Flash. Then she remembered how she hurt him, shocked him, and how he gave her another chance. "It's never too late," Kid Flash said in her mind again. "I hurt you, how could you still trust me?" Jinx said clutching her drawing pad and lying on her bed. "I'm bad luck you should stay away from me," she said now looking at the mirror. Jinx later realized that the voices in her head weren't in her head at all, she looked at the mirror a second time and saw Kid Flash in the background. "Just because your bad luck doesn't mean your a bad person," he said. "I had no choice, I thought I would get some respect but I failed," Jinx said slumping on her bed. She later felt a hand touch her shoulder. "You don't need to be a criminal to get some respect," Kid Flash said smiling at Jinx. "It was the only way of me living, I was born to be evil." Jinx said looking away from him. "You can change Jinx, trust me," Kid Flash said grinning finally getting Jinx to smile. "But I've never seen a villain convert to good," Jinx said staring at the floor. "They never wanted to. But Jinx, that's why I thought there was something about you that was different, you weren't like the other villains I could see some good in you," Kid Flash said and Jinx smiled again. Before she could respond, there was a loud knock in her door. "Jinx have you been sulking?" It was Gizmo. Kid Flash left without Jinx even seeing him. "No!" Jinx shouted. "Well at least let us in!" Another voice said that which was Seymour. Jinx was annoyed as Gizmo and Seymour were banging on her door so loudly she had to let them in. "What do you want?" Jinx asked irritated. "Hm, do you miss that boyfriend of yours?" Seymour asked turning his eye into a picture of Kid Flash then back to his regular eye. "he isn't my boyfriend!" Jinx shouted. "Somebody has a boyfriend somebody has a boyfriend!" Gizmo taunted. Jinx's eyes glowed pink and shot Seymour and Gizmo falling to the ground. "If you say 'boyfriend' one more time you won't be able to say another word!" Jinx threatened. "Okay okay just stop hurting us!" Gizmo complained rubbing his head. The wind suddenly blew hard and a note blew into Jinx's room from her open window. "Just trust me ⚡️" the note said. "What are you looking at?" Seymour asked. "Get out!" Jinx yelled and the two got out with a startle. She grabbed the note she read and lied down on her bed. "Should I? But what would the Brotherhood of Evil do to me? To kid Flash?" Jinx asked herself. "Let me worry about them," Kid Flash said in her head again. Jinx turned around to see if he was there but it was in her head again. She couldn't go to sleep, she was afraid of what would happen to her. Jinx heard a scream, a familiar scream. She shuddered at the memory of her shocking Kid Flash. The scream sounded strangely like the time it happened so she quickly looked what was going on. Jinx found the Brotherhood of Evil and Kid Flash lying on the ground. "What did you do to him?" Jinx asked angrily. "Jinx, you care about hero? I thought you wanted to be like me?" Madame Rouge said laughing evilly. "Maybe I didn't want to be evil!" Jinx shouted hitting Madame Rouge then pinning her to a wall. "Tell me what your going to do to him!" Jinx shouted. "We are going to freeze him while he's unconscious," a brain said behind her back and she released Madame Rouge. "What do you want I'll do anything!" Jinx shouted. "Hm, anything?" Madame Rouge said with an evil grin. "You may take his place to be frozen," the brain said. "Jinx, don't do it!" Kid Flash said. "I hurt you enough Wally, I'll at least bring back the second chance you gave me," Jinx said walking forward to the Brotherhood of Evil. Madame Rouge pulled out a familiar device that Jinx had seen before. "Level four containment field," the name rung a bell in Jinx's head but later on she was shocked and taken away from the Brotherhood of Evil leaving Kid Flash on the ground.
