Your quirk is called water transformation meaning that your body is literally made of water and you can turn it into water at any point in time meaning you can also take form of like anything you want so like you can look however you want to be as tall as you want and you can also take form of other people but you can't take that person's quirk.
You can also control what part of ur body turns into water as well. But when a quirk that uses coldness or an ice quirk you freeze up and when that happens it takes you a long time to get back into your normal form.
