"But mum!" I yawned as she woke me up for my first day at my new school , I was originally from Sydney,Australia. My dad had past away when i was just a little girl and for siblings , well I'm an only child. Mum had got a job promotion at her work and we had to move to England , mum said it would be fun , don't get me wrong I love my mum and I trust her with everything but this time I'm finding it hard to believe.

"Summer , be ready in 5 , you don't want to be late on your first day!" mum yells from the kitchen . I hop out of bed and walk into the bathroom and start running a hot shower just to wake myself up . "And if you wanna keep me , you gotta gotta got to love me harder " singing to the top of my lungs until there's a knock on the bathroom door , which scared the shit out of me and I jumped about ten feet in the air ,"Summer , hurry up you've been in there for ten minutes!" mum yells outside the door . I jumped out and wrapped a towel around me I open the door and walk to my room , pick out a pair of long skinny jeans and a tank top with a light hooded jacket over the top , I slip on my new pair of black chucks and tie up the laces , pull out my hair brush it and thinking if leaving it down today , place some light make up still making me look natural and grab my school bag , I walk down the stairs only to see mum talking to one of the new neighbours , "This is my daughter Summer , Summer come and say hi to our new neighbours " , "Hello I'm Stephen and this is my son Cameron" , "Hi" I say and I walk away . Mum and the new neighbour Stephen keep talking and talking , it seems like it took them about 15 years to finish there conversation . "Are you ready to go sweetie ?" Mum asks as I'm typing away on my new iPhone 5 , I hop up and walk out the front door to mums car . "So , how do you like our new neighbours honey?" Mum asks will a ten mile grin on her face , " Yeah I guess there alright " .

On our drive to the school I stared out the window watching the trees go by until mum started to slow down and soon came to a stop . " Wow!" my mum said with such delight "Out you get Summer , I have to go to work but I'll be here to get you " She smiled as I got out and she waved and drove off leaving me standing there looking like the biggest idiot . I walked in the front gates , knowing nobody meant I had to start all over again "Ugh" I sighed as I flung my bag up onto my shoulder , I walked straight to the administration , I was in the middle of year 11 when we moved here to England , I miss all my friends causing havoc in our PDHPE class our teacher loved us and always gave us good marks and never kept us for detention even through all the headaches we give him "good ol' 'memos" he used to say .

I check my phone and it's a Facebook message from my boyfriend back in Australia
"I'm going to try and make you smile when you read this
I didn't write this one but it reminds me of you ❤️

A small piece of heaven

I start tearing up and a tear drop runs down my cheek as I mumble to myself with a smile on my face "That asshole! Why does he have to be so sweet!".
