"Mama... Did I do something wrong?"

"Mm, yes sweetie, you did. But it's okay, we don't need him anymore. Now let's practice a bit more with your quirk, 'kay? We wouldn't want a repeat of what happened last time."

"Yes, Mama."

A little boy and his mother walked hand in hand across the street. If you zoomed into one of the windows of the apartment complex behind them, you would see that somewhere near the back, a arm dangles lifelessly, suspended in the air.

ONE SUMMER'S DAY; SOMEWHERE IN MUSUTAFU

"Wow!" A pretty teacher awed, "Being an Alpha with a flashy quirk like that can set you on your way to becoming the next best hero!"

A crowd of kids and adults alike gathered around a young alpha boy with ash-blond hair and a proud smile on his face. Mini explosions danced across his palms and fingertips. This boy, Bakugou Katsuki, was one of the very first few in his kindergarten class to get his quirk.

"Too cool!"

"That's awesome!"

"I wish I had a quirk like that."

'That's right... I really am the best! Better then everyone else..!'

Bakugou Katsuki had always been proud.

That's when he noticed a someone sitting in the far corner of the classroom, scribbling quietly with blue crayon. Why weren't they here with the rest of them?

Bakugou marched over angrily, shoving his hand's in the others face, "Look at my quirk! Cool right?" He shouted with a grin. Sparks danced on his chubby palms, like fireworks. However, the boy didn't even flinch, tilting his head just enough to make eye contact. The kid was pretty, way prettier then any girl he'd ever seen. Chin length white hair that lay thickly on top of a thin under layer of (h/c) locks accentuated the features of his slightly round face, perfectly proportioned with a delicate v-shaped chin. They had pretty (e/c) eyes with the bottom half of the iris a icy shade of blue, framed by snow white lashes that sat thick, long, and curly. If you looked closer you would be able to see that his icy pupils contained a white snowflake as well. His skin was almost white, and a rosy flush presented itself prominently on his ears, cheeks, and peeked up on his nose, most of which was covered by his scarf.

He smelled like snow and summer wind.

Now that he'd been right in front of the others table, he saw that beside his glove covered hands lay a sheet of paper with a blue ladybug. The drawing was done very well for their age.

'What an idiot, ladybugs aren't blue. And why is he wearing so many clothes?'

"Is that it?" His voice was uncharacteristically soft and breathy, contrasting to the boys harsh words. His tone was mocking, woven with disgust at his proximity. Bakugou was shocked, how dare he talk to him like that?

Bakugou Katsuki was strong, he knew that.

'The hell..? What a weirdo.'

"Wha- They're explosions!"

"They're just little explosions, what's so cool about that?"
