The surroundings were filled with explosions. Bloods are spilled everywhere, no one's left unscathed. It is indeed a sight of war

Battlefield full of pain, sorrow, and fear of death. Everyone's putting their lives at risk, fighting not knowing who will win.

On a corner, a certain duel was on fire. Mages, fighting for their own belief. One who attacks and one who protects.

"You can't defeat me in that state, Knoah," the enemy declared. Knoah was on his knees, driven into the corner, hardly catching his breath.

"Hiding your true form won't benefit you, unleash it." The enemy placed his foot on the top of Knoah's head. He groaned in pain when he stepped on it like it was some kind of a soccer ball.

He knew from the beginning fighting an opponent like him wouldn't be easy.

    "Knoah!"

That voice, it's her. Sht! She shouldn't come here!

Knoah's head was still pinned down but he's trying to resist it and warned the girl running towards them. She's his target.

The weight on his head suddenly went off. He saw her standing infront holding her katana while protecting him.

I should be the one protecting you, not the other way around.

"I trust you. Remember what I said? You're not a monster." Her words gave him strength. She's right, I'm the one who sees myself as one.

If it's the only way to protect you, I will take the risks, Amanda. And I did something I promised I won't.
