Chapter 1

Chapter 1: The Flowers

Izuku walked towards the school. He had been feeling sick lately, and just could not understand why. It got worse when he was around his crush. Bakugo Katsuki, or Kacchan 

Now, Izuku hated the fact that he had a crush on his childhood bully. Although, Izuku just could not bring himself to let go of these feelings. He worried every day what would happen if Bakugo found out.

Bakugo had been recently getting closer to Kirishima. They had been talking more, and so, Izuku figured that Bakugo had a crush on Kirishima.

And so, as he entered the class, he started the cough, and out fell a blood covered petal. This all happened in a matter of a few seconds. It was almost like a frame-by-frame.

Izuku walked into the room, and spotted Bakugo and Kirishima talking. He continued to walk, coughing lightly, until he saw something else. Kirishima gave Bakugo a hug.

Kirishima was smiling, his pointed teeth on full display. It shocked Izuku, because Bakugo did not push him away.

And so, Izuku fell over, and coughed harder than before. Uraraka ran over to him, her brown hair bouncing, and he bent down and tried to help him, "Deku-kun? Are you okay??" She almost yelled, getting the attention of the rest of the class. Including the two hugging.

Izuku finally stopped coughing, and took his hand away from his face. In his hand was a flower petal, covered in blood. 

This shocked the class, and Bakugo quickly ran over and bent down to Izuku's level, "Oi! Deku! What the fuck just happened?" He said, in a more gentle tone than he would normally use.

Izuku looked up at Bakugo, and shrugged, forcing a smile, "I'm sure it was nothing." He said, but inside, he knew exactly what it was. He had read about the legend online. It was thought to be fake.
