The wolf next door (camren-werewolf story)

Please note that I have never wrote a werewolf story nor have I read one, I'm bored stuck inside and I just thought 'hey, why not try writing a werewolf story' so, this isn't anything serious or anything and if you'd like please comment some pointers about werewolves I could use, thank you now enjoy or at least try too.

Lauren was running around the woods in her wolf form, her grey and black fur blowing in the wind as she ran around, this is her favourite time midnight it was quiet and no one was around, the birds were asleep and the moon was out shining with the stars.

Camila was on a walk, she climb out of her bedroom window hearing her mom and dad arguing again, her dad came home drunk for the second time this week.

She walks into the woods knowing it loops back around to her street, as she was walking she saw something running around in the open area of the woods.

She first thought it was a dog but it was way too big to be, she hid behind a tree as she animal stopped running, its head turned towards the tree camila was behind.

"Oh no" Camila mumbled as the animal crept closer, she's sure she read somewhere not to run from fast animals, as they can catch up to you and not to show your fear.

The animal that looks like a dog stopped in front of her, she gets a closer look and to see it's sparkling green eyes.

"Are you a wolf?" She mumbled, its head nodded making her jump

"Wait, you understand me?" She asked again, it nods she backs up a little

The wolf lays down on its front paws still stood on its back, it then runs to grab a ball and placed it down it nudged it with its nose to roll to camila.

"You want me to throw it?" Camila asked feeling stupid talking a wolf, plus what the hell is a wolf doing here?

She throws the ball into the opening and then the wolf runs back, they do this for a while and camila sits on a bench.

The wolf comes over resting it's head on camilas legs, she smiles and pets the wolf and then aws.

"You're so soft and fluffy!" She squeals, she plays with the wolf's ears that were kind of floppy.

"Could I get away with you being a pet?" Camila asked, the wolf shook its head

"Yeh, you're kinda big" she sighed, the wolf licks camilas hand and she smiles

"You're so cute!" She squeals, she wraps her arms around the wolf's neck and hugs it

"You a boy or a girl?" Camila asked, the wolf spins around

"Girl" Camila said, the wolf nods

"Well, I best get going...this has been a really weird night" Camila said, the wolf nods

"Bye bye, maybe I'll see you again" Camila said, the wolf nods and camila giggles

"You're so cute" she mumbled and kissed the wolf's head and walks home

She climbs up a tree in her back garden and walked Across a branch into her bedroom window, she lays down and sighed.

"That couldn't of been real, maybe I'm going crazy, no way in hell a wolf was in the woods and no way it understood me....I need sleep" she whispers to herself and slowly falls asleep.

Lauren has just turned back into her human form, she grabs the tennis ball and walks home, on her way she saw someone climbing a tree, she looks a little more carefully and saw it was the girl from the woods, she smiles and walks next door and into her own home she moved into today.

Lauren lives alone she finished high school a few months ago, she's now 19 and doesn't have a job well she doesn't need one, her dad was rich as hell since he came from a rich family, when he passed away he gave all of his stuff to Lauren, the money his car it was nice of him. Lauren never really knew her mom, she knows her names Clara and that she left Lauren when she was 7 but that's it, she can vaguely remember somethings about her.

Lauren gets into bed and sighed, so the girl who played with her in the woods lives next door, she doesn't know how to feel, happy because maybe she could trust someone enough to tell them, or terrified because maybe the girl will somehow see Lauren changing into wolf form and tell everyone.

Lauren puts her thoughts to the back of her mind and turns off her lamp, she gets comfortable and slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep.
