Frankie did not talk.He just leaned forward and stared at Amaria savegely.His eyes were smouldering yellowish in the light. “you think I would buy that stupid story of yours,” he laughed for a second “ I am not born yesterday Amaria,”His tone changed,he was really angry.”But I..I..I am telling the truth daddy,I swear!”tears were now flowing uncontrollably down her cheeks.Frankie looked at her for the last time and stormed out of the house without a word.He was actually going for a drink.Amaria knew about it also,she came behind him trying to stop him from going but Frankie kept on moving without glancing back.She was there,left in the middle of cold, quite street with her knees on the ground calling after his father.She never liked it when things turned out like this.Fighting with his father over pity things like these one Fenelli got them into.”I hate that guy".
Amaria woke up late the next morning again.She first went to Frakie's room to see if he was in,fortunately he was there.Peacefully asleep with an empty bottle of beer besides his bed.”Atleast he is home safely”she said to herself.
She made to her first class with about 5 minutes late.At  study period she saw Elizabeth and then sat down for a chit chat.”where have you been keeping yourself lately, did you find yourself a boyfriend"said Eli giggling. “don’t even mention that, but we've got different things to do right?”she said looking at her watch"will check on you these Saturday and tell you a horrifying story about an ugly witch I met recently"she sounded serious .for now let me go"Amaria left without Eli saying anything.
Frankie was reading a newspaper in the parlour she Amaria came back.He looked up as Amaria sat down besides him.”This is the first chance I've had to sit down and look at the paper “he said with a smile.Amaria was confused,Frankie saw that too.He put the paper down and put his hand around her shoulders"I am sorry about yesterday, I did not mean to abset you .I was just trying to protect you.Would you please forgive me Amaria"he said with a worry face.”It’s ok daddy,besides it was my fault"she said.”No Angel,I took my time thinking about it then I realised that it was my fault.I should not interfere in your personal issues especially love relationships" . “come on dad,I told you there was nothing going on between me and that psycho guy like for real.”Amaria said defending herself “Ok ok if you say that,”raising his hands for surrender “But please stay away from that guy,he is bad news”he said with seriousness in his face and voice.”I will daddy" smile crossed her face and hugged him.
