Clarke's POV
I am sitting on the ground of my cell. I have a little piece of chalk that I am using to draw on the cement floor. I am drawing my parents. I miss them so much. The day I was arrested was the worst day of my life. I lost my freedom and I lost my mother. They floated her because she had been helping me. I had begged chancellor Jaha to not do it because it wasn't her fault, but he didn't care. The second worst day of my life was when my father passed away. When I found out the news that he had passed, I broke down. He was the only family I had left.

All of a sudden, I heard screaming coming from outside of my cell. I just thought it was another prisoner being dragged off to be floated, but something was wrong. As I listened closer, I could hear multiple screams. I got a little worried, so I got up and walked to the door. I put my ear to the the door to see if I could hear better. Then I heard keys jangling. I got away from the door and sat on my bed. The door swung open and a guard came in.

"Prisoner 356, get up and stand against the wall."

I got up and did what he said. "What is going on?" I asked as he put my hands in handcuffs. When he didn't answer me, I started to freak out. I thought I was going be floated but I was only 17. You can't get floated until you are 18. I kicked him and started to run to the open door. When I got to through the door, I saw that all 100 prisoners were being taken out of their cell. Before I could run again, a guard shot me with a tranquilizer, making me fall into another guards arm. The last thing I remembered was the guard saying, "She's a feisty one." Then everything went black.

(on the drop ship)

When I woke I was strapped into a seat. I looked around.

"You finally woke." someone said beside me. I jumped a little because their voice startled me. I looked at who it was and when I saw them a frown formed on my face. It was Wells, chancellor Jaha's son.

"Are you okay?" he asked.

"Wells don't speak to me." I said and turned my face forward. All of a sudden a boy floated by me. He had a smirk on his face and he gave me a wink. I smirked back at him. There were to other kids floating around too. All of a sudden the drop ship came to a hard stop and all of the kids that were in there seats went flying.

When the drop ship stopped moving, I unbuckled from my seat and went over to the kids to see if they were okay. When I got there, I saw that the boy I saw was over the two other kids with a sad look on his face. I went over to him and pushed him out of the way. I checked the kids pulse. They were dead. I turned to the guy. "Are you okay?" I asked as I got closer to him.

"Yeah."

After he answered me, I got up and went down the ladder to the first floor. I rushed to the front were the door was. There was a guy with a guard uniform on standing by the lever.

"Well what are you waiting for." I asked him.

He started to pull the lever but stopped when a girl with brown hair went up to him.

"Bellamy." She said exited. She jumped into his arms.

"Octavia, you are so big." He said as he tightened his grip around her.

"Octavia." I said as the girl turned around.

As I saw her face I ran up to her and hugged her.

"Clarke, I was so worried about you." She said as I unhooked my arms from her waist. Octavia was my cell mate before I was put in solitary confinement for assaulting a guard. We had become very close and when my dad died she was there for me.

"Clarke, this is Bellamy my brother. The one I told you about." she said.

"Octavia, who is this?" Bellamy asked confused while looking me up and down.

"This is Clarke, my bestfriend and former cell mate." she said with smile on her face.

"Hi, nice to meet you." I said as I put my hand out for him to shake.

"Nice to meet you too." he said as he shook my hand. He then turned back to the lever and pulled it down.

Light filled the drop ship blinding my eyes. Then I saw green everywhere. It was beautiful. Octavia started to go down the ramp but turned around and grabbed my hand. I took her hand and followed her down the ramp. We both jumped down off the ramp and breathed in the fresh air.  We looked at each other and then screamed, "Were back bitches."

Everyone behind us laughed, then exited the drop ship. We were finally free.
