Two month early

"Can you give me a check up." Tsunade looked as Naruto walked in with tights and a baggy shirt. He had asked for light duty, and so he had been running errands for her, she wasn't sure what he needed light duty for but she didn't ask, Naruto looked absolutely worn out, but he had a glow to him. He yawned and the woman tilted her head.

"You are a medic too, why are you asking me for a check up?" Naruto was seven months along, and this how he wanted to break this news to the woman who loved him unconditionally.

"I need a second opinion, I'm coming up with something serious." Tsunade frowned but ushered the teen over. She sat him on the couch and ran a hand over him, her eyes widened and she looked to see a smile on Naruto's face.

"Your going to be a even older granny." Naruto said and Tsunade looked to be so happy, she sat down and started Asking Naruto the standard questions and he answered them, telling her Shikamaru was the first to know, then Itachi had an inkling but Naruto never told him for certain. Temari knew and that was it.

"You've hidden it very well." Tsunade said, she didn't sense the extra chakra being spent, and she honestly couldn't tell with how tiny he his. His baby was very healthy,

"I know the sex, are you happy with it?" Naruto nodded and smiled softly.

"Yeah. I can't wait." Tsunade and Naruto spent the entire day talking before Naruto stood up when the sun was setting and he felt a sharp of pain. It wasn't bad, something that was bearable, but then his water broke.

Him and Tsunade stood in the office and looked at the wet spot that was caused by his water breaking and they both looked quite shocked that the child wanted to come out, two months early.

"Blame Itachi that you're child is done sitting bored within you."

"I'm having a baby." Naruto said calmly, and Tsunade knew that was too calm.

"IM GOING TO KILL HIM. IM GOING TO AHH." Naruto felt the sharp pain intensify, and Tsunade led him to the back room while Naruto moaned in pain. However he was aware of his surrounded and he summoned Katsuya

She looked at him and she nodded.

"Would you like me to grab Shikamaru?" She asked, and Naruto nodded.

"Sasuke as well. Nobody else is to follow them and only tell them they are reporting to the Hokage." Naruto said through gritted teeth as the child seemed to pull his insides out. Tsunade covered Naruto with a blanket, and looked at the position of his child.

"You are a few centimeters dilated. The baby must really want to see their father." Naruto sighed and looked to Tsunade, she only gave him a soft smile.

"Me and Itachi are working hand and hand. Jiraiya has been sent back out to help assist so there will be no invasion. Tracking Obito is harder than we thought and Kakashi even left to wherever Obito's location is. I won't allow the father of your child to die." Tsunade said and Naruto sat up.

"Can we send another with him? Jiraiya will most likely seek out Orochimaru and I don't want Itachi to fight Kakashi and Obito by himself." Sasuke spoke up.

"Then I'll go. It's the least I can do." Naruto looked to the door to see Sasuke and Shikamaru. Shikamaru walked over and patted his head.

"Father and mother are worried about you. You should bring the baby when you are feeling up for it." Naruto sighed calmly and ushered Sasuke over.

"Sakura will curse me out if you don't make it home alive, I can live without my spouse. Sakura won't make it however." Sasuke sighed and sat on the bed.

"True, so how about we make a deal. If they are out of my league, I'll drag Itachi and myself home before any damage is done." Naruto held out his pinky and Sasuke shook it, Naruto sighed and then yelp as pain shot through him.

"You didn't even tell me you were with child." Sasuke said and Naruto scoffed before smiling.

"We became close three months ago. I loved Tsunade for years and she found out today. I'm having your idiotic brothers child." Naruto said and Shikamaru chuckled.

"You love him and this baby." Shikamaru said and Naruto's sighed and leaned back.

Placing his hand on his belly, he calmly smiled and then he gritted his teeth, as the pain started flaring again but this time it was constant. The baby was done listening to the talk of them, so when Naruto screamed and started panting Tsunade looked up and smile.

"You can push, start pushing." Sasuke and Shikamaru grabbed a free hand and Naruto started pushing. He was sweating, and he was in so much pain, his asshole actually felt like it was going to rip and it felt like Kurama wouldn't be able to repair it.

"You are almost done, I see a head." Naruto sighed and pushed a few more times and he was blessed with the sound of a crying baby. Calmly sighing into the bed, Shikamaru and Sasuke congratulated him as Tsunade cleaned up the child.

"Congratulations." Tsunade hand Naruto his child, and he started laughing fondly.

Blue eyes. Whisker marks and dark onyx hair. Tanned skin and his child was definitely a girl. He watched as the baby gave him a fond smile and he spoke calmly.

"Emi Uzumaki-Uchiha." Naruto said and Sasuke hummed.

"Fitting since she has your smile." Sasuke said and Shikamaru chuckled.

"Itachi is going to be mad that you didn't have a boy first." Shikamaru said in a mocking tone and Naruto snorted.

"Well Itachi didn't push Emi out his asshole so he can kiss my ass." Naruto said watching his child and everybody crowded over him.

"When can I stand up?"

"Now if you want. I've healed everything."

Naruto stood up and calmly steadied himself.

"Would you like to hold your niece?" Naruto asked looking to Sasuke and Shikamaru. They both nodded, and Naruto handed Emi to Shikamaru first. He watched as the baby yawned in his presence.

"Yes I'm an the uncle that sleeps, so if I'm watching you, you need to be ready for a nap or shogi." Naruto smiled fondly as Sasuke held Emi and she opened her eyes, he sighed.

"I'm your biological uncle, I'll keep you safe whenever your mother seems to yell at your father." Emi gave a smile, and Naruto took Emi back.

"Don't tell her that, she'll think I'm abusive." Naruto said handing her to Tsunade and Tsunade smiled down at the child. The child seemed to be dozing off.

"You've baby proofed you're apartment right?" Sasuke asked and Naruto rolled his eyes.

"I'm not an idiot, of Course Shikamaru baby proofed my house." Naruto said and Shikamaru chuckled.

"I did baby proof the house. Him and Emi are fine for the night. If you are worked up about it make sure to visit him tomorrow." Naruto chuckled softly.

"You both have a key. I'll see you later." Naruto took Emi from Tsunade's hand, and walked out the tower with his newborn child. Looking at Emi as she smiled fondly at him, Naruto softened at the child him and Itachi made.

"I really love this child."
