"Sold, to the man with the top hat." The man walked up to the stage and grabbed the girl he just bought. The girl was wearing a short white dress, she had brown hair, brown eyes, and she had cuts and bruises. "Wait, I'll buy her for double the price." Everyone gasped. "Ah, Prince William, of course." The girl walked towards me. "Thank you." The knight beside me grabbed her and slapped her. "Slaves do not speak unless spoken to." "Nicholas, do not hit her." "But-" "Leave her alone, she will not be a slave." I smiled at her. "So what is your name?" "Rose."
