Scarlet is my best friend.I would tell her everything.The thing is....i don't.I wait till she asks.Otherwise,my mouth is zipped shut.We are well known girls in the school,and everyone is kind to us.And then there's the 'it' girls.Jade,Jasmine and Aoife.I don't know what makes them like that,because we are adored by many people of our level.I mean the nice people.Then there's people in.....lets say.....they like to call themselves.....the upper class(rich people)and they are really annoying.
Anyway,my other friends name is Jack.He is so friendly and adventurous like me and Scarlet.That's what I adore about my friends.My name is Amber,my life is perfect,but the thing is,I don't want my life to be perfect.I am very superstitious and believe in allsorts of creatures.I am what you consider as rich,but I just don't tell anyone.I live in a mansion,a mansion made of white marble on the outside.In my bedroom,there's a lake that you jump across the correct lilypads.If you do so,a larger area of ground will form where the water once was.If you don't complete this task properly........I'm not sure what will happen.There's a waterfall at the other side of my bedroom,that,of you're clever,you might 've guessed that I may have gone down it once or twice(or maybe a few more times then that:)My family are not sure how our ancestors managed all this,but they did.We are know to have dark magic in our family,but my parents don't believe it,of course.I have never met my grandparents that are said to be dead but they are alive.That took me time to discover.What are they trying to hide?
Next day in school,I play cards with Jack and Scarlet.Ya,I know,sounds lame for such adventurous people,but there is no escape from school sadly."Got any 2+5's?"I smile at Jack.
"Don't you mean '3'?"Jack says with a confused look."Er......ya?"says Scarlet.We all crack up laughing at this stupid joke."Guys,this lame,can we do something else?"I sigh of boredom.Just perfect timing,the bell rings for class.Yay!Double math.I suppose we kinda need it.
In maths,I sit beside Jack and Scarlet,of course.Scarlet is rubbing the tip of her pen along her chin and twirling it in her hair.Then I hear a whisper"Hey,Ambie,Mr.K smells like he showers in poop."Jack smiles after giving that lovely comment.I just roll my eyes and smile.Jack is such a good friend,I would do anything for him,he is constantly trying to make me laugh and smile,and it works."Something worse then poop."I say then I wink at him.
