Chapter Five (The Woods)

It was Henry. Before I could say anything he kissed me on my cheek. His face was red and I could start feeling my face heating up at that point.

He smiled and said "Good luck and be careful"

"I..Uh...I-I- I will um..." I said looking to the ground trying to hide my blush.

"Ok..I didnt plan this out well um..." he said looking at the ground embarrassed.

"I...uh...I.. better get going...um.. I dont want to make Jordan wait anymore um...see you around?" I asked nervously, not really knowing what to say at that point.

"Ya...ok...(clears throat) See ya" he said looking at me and giving me a smile and then starting to walk away.

When I opened the door to go outside I overheard Henry talking to himself Good job Henry..UGH..why do I have to be such an idiot oh my gosh she probably don't like me back...But what if she does..Gosh can I get her off my mind at all.Shes so cute.Her smile is just so...ugh shes putting me on a spell.He said as he was walking towards the main doors of the auditorium.

I chuckled "Boys" I said to myself as I playfully rolled my eyes and left.

I Finally got to the Channel 10 news van and Im pretty sure I was blushing and smiling while looking at the ground like crazy because Jordan was going crazy.

"Oh my gosh what happened Nichole What did he do???" she said smiling at me.

"He um.well theres a story to it but um..Tell ya on the way there.um.." I said trying not to laugh.

"Ok." she said laughing.

We got in the van and started to go to Spencer woods to report the 3 deaths."So what happened between you and Henry??" Jordan asked me with a smirk on her face.

"OoooooOOOOOOOooooOOO Nicholes got a boyfriend OooooooOOO" Andy, The camera guy that Jordan was flirting with, said while looking in the rearview mirror at me.

"No...i dont have a boyfriend...Im still single...but um.." I said nervously laughing a little and looking away from both of them.

"Well what happ.."

"Nothing happened." I said cutting Jordan off.

"Something happened to make you Smile and blush this much" She said smiling at me.

"(sigh) ok from the beginning, I went to go find him and say bye but I found him but I also found Amy and Nick...Henry was talking to the principle on the stage and Amy and Nick were making out backstage in the corner so I went to go get Henry and tell him but I thought he wouldnt believe me if I told him so I showed him and he broke up with Amy and he was crying so I brought him out of the backstage area and into the main area and he hugged me."

I said as I was looking at them then to the ground "Is that all that happened Nichole Lynn Haven Andy said smirking in the rear view mirror.

"ow old were the people that died in the woods, I asked trying to change the subject.No you will not try and change the subject (laughs) What happened after that Nichole"Jordan said as she was Looking at me smiling from ear to ear.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEE MY BEST FRIEND HAS A BOYFRIEND OH MY GOSH FINALLY YAY EEEEE" Jordan screamed after that.

"Oh, my gosh Jordan please next time you gonna squeal like that please give me a heads up." Andy said laughing while holding his hand to his chest.
