when kennedy arrived back at her house, she remembered the incident that happened a little over a month ago. she quickly unpacked and changed into something comfortable, not planing on going anywhere.

"she's back, what do i do?" zach asked, pacing around.

"nothing, you do nothing," jonah said.

"what?" he asked.

"you broke her heart, you fell for someone else who didn't actually love you, zach. you need to give her time," he said. "why did you fall for lainey's mind games anyway?"

"i don't know, it's complicated, i know how i feel now," he said. "should've known it was all part of their plan," he said.

"i have to go see her," he said, running out of the house.

he made it to the girls front porch, knocking lightly on her door.

"zach," she breathed out. "why are you here?"

"i needed to see you, it was a mistake i didn't mean to hurt you, i love you," he said.

"zach, that doesn't make what you did right," she said.

"i know and i'm sorry, i know how i feel now," he said.

"zach, i don't know," she said.

"give us another try, please," he begged.

"let me have time to think," she said, giving him a slight bit of hope.

"okay, whatever you need," he said.
