In this century, we have so many celebrities we all idolize and think of as role models. We have singers, models, stars, influencers, YouTubers, Instagramers but ask yourself a quick question: Are they a good influence on you?
Do they motivate you to be a better person? Do they help you to make the right choices? Do they inspire you to be a better person in your life for the better?
If not, you need to change that ~ You may be going through a hard time and looking up to people taking drugs, committing crimes, and doing some of the darkest crimes in the world, yet you still think you are doing the right thing.
It is ok to feel sad for a while but always look on the positive side and, I believe that having the right person or a group of people to look up to help in those dark times. If they are good role models, they will pick you up when you fall. They will motivate you to do better when you feel like you are doing your best.
They may give you some harsh words when you feel down. Still, when you take on board this criticism, you will have complete faith in them because you will see how they genuinely want you to be the best you can be and that they are a good influence on you always ask yourself this question when you ask people for their advice, thoughts, and opinions from someone whether it is you girlfriend, boyfriend, parents, brother, sister, cousin, friend or teacher because they can either provide you with the guidance that you need and give you a much-needed push to reach your fullest potential or they can pull you down with them when you are so much more than what they are forcing you to be.
Remember, you are braver than you think, and if you are going through a thought time, find someone to look up too who will protect you but guide you in life!
