Chapter 3

Applejacks POV

As we were walking I got this strange feeling like me and Rainbow were being watched, as we got closer to her house the more the feeling grew. I ignored the feeling for the first few minutes, but it quickly irritated me, then I reached out for Dash's arm and hugged it tightly she looked over at me confused.

Rd: " Hey, you alright? " she asked me concerned.

Aj: " uh- y-yea, Ah just have this feelin' that we're being watched.. " I answered still holding onto my girlfriends arm. She pulled me into a hug a reassured me that we'll be okay.

Then we started walking again, the feeling didn't go away and I kept looking around us to make sure we're not being watched, I'm starting to regret my decision on skipping school. But if I'm being honest I feel much more safe when I am with Rainbow, because I know she wouldn't let me get hurt. Sometimes she's a bit too protective over me but I guess that's what makes her, her.

After like 15 minuets of walking the feeling kept getting worse, and I kept getting more scared. I quickly grabbed Rainbow and hugged her from behind, I felt her hand fall on top of my hand and I felt her grip onto my hand, she then turned around and hugged me again.

Aj: " Rainbow, this feelin'- it's just gettin' worse. " I quickly muttered with fear rumbling in my voice.

Rd: " Applejack it'll be okay, even if someone or something is watching us. I'd protect you with my life Aj. Okay? You'll be okay. I promise. " Rainbow told me while hugging me before letting me go she gave me a quick kiss on the head and looked me in the eyes and smiled, I smiled back and gave her a kiss on the lips as a thank you.

- 20 minuets later at Dash's house -

Applejacks POV

We finally made it at her house without being kidnapped, as soon as we walked in her house the first thing I see are shirts, pants and socks all over the place.

Rd: " sorry for the mess, it's been a long summer haha. " Rainbow apologized while picking up a few pieces of clothing.

Aj: " oh it's fine, my place isn't any cleaner. " I giggled while helping her clean some of the clothes.

After cleaning her place up a bit, we sat down on the couch for a bit and watched the tv show Stranger Things. After a few episodes we ended up cuddling and I won't lie I was about to fall asleep on top of my Rainbow-haired girlfriend, just as soon as I was about to fall asleep I got the same feeling as before when we were walking.

Aj: " Rainbow..? " I muttered, to check if she was awake. She wasn't- she was fast asleep.

I smiled at her sleeping face and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before getting up off her and walking to the kitchen. The feeling then got bigger and more intense I was wanting to run back to Rainbow and wake her up but I'd feel bad for waking she looked very peaceful. I then heard something from the living room fall I quickly ran back to the living room to see Rainbow on the ground rubbing the back of her head, I'm guessing she hit her head?

Aj: " Are yah okay Dash? " I asked as I helped her up.

Rd: " Yeah, I'm fine. I hit my head on the coffee table, haha. " she answered still rubbing her head.

We both sat back down on the couch and I felt like I should tell her about the continuous feeling, so I did.

Aj: " Dashie.. " I muttered feeling nervous.

Rd: " What's up babe? " she looked in my eyes and replied.

Aj: " ah still have the feelin' that we're bein' watched.. Ah don't like it Rainbow. " I told her holding in all the tears.

Rd: " Aj, you'll be okay. Alright? I wouldn't let anything happen to you- please remember that. " She reassured me we'd be okay again, while stroking my long blonde hair.

I looked at her and smiled, I'm trusting you on this one Dash.. I thought to myself while staring into her beautiful magenta eyes and she stared back with a smirk. She reached over and passionately kissed me, and I kissed back. I followed the movement of Rainbows mouth and once we were done I gave her a hug and then rested my head on her lap.

After another episode of our show I got the feeling again but forced myself to ignore it and just tried to fall asleep, lucky for me- I fell asleep.

A few hours passed by, and I finally woke up and looked over and picked up my phone to check the time, 9:45PM ?! How long were me and dash out for?! I quickly got up which woke Rainbow from her peaceful sleep I apologized for waking her.

Aj: " Sorry babe, Ah didn' mean to yah up, it's 10 and ah should probably head home before Granny gets worried about me. " I apologized while getting up off Rainbow.

Rd: " no need to apologize, but yeah. Want me to walk you? " She asked while getting up on the couch.

Aj: " Ah mean, if yah are comfortable with walkin' home alone in the dark. " I told her while putting on my boots and my black jacket.

Rd: " Yeah I'm alright with it, I always end up walking in the dark alone haha. " she replied, then she started walking towards me " here, let me go get my coat and we'll head out. " she said once again running up to her room.

I smiled at the fact that I was so lucky to have someone as amazing as Dash. She's loyal, kind, funny, protective, understanding and beautiful. I love everything about her- and I'm probably the luckiest person on earth to have her as my girlfriend.

After a few minutes Rainbow finally came down stairs and put on her shoes and opened the door. She then wrapped her arm around me and we made our way to my place.
