“Surprise!”
I jumped a little as the light turned on and people jumped out.
Josh’s parent were there including Lucy and Ken. Alex, Mike, Matt and Luke were all there too.
“Wow” was all I could say.
“Group hug!” the boys shouted and in seconds I was covered with people.
“Okay, okay, let the birthday girl breath” Susan said.
The music started playing and everyone started eating and dancing.
My mom thought it would be cute to show everyone my home videos of when I was younger.

Around nine something everyone left.
My parents said they had to go to work, so it was just me and Josh.
I fell asleep on the sofa shortly after.
Josh’s Point Of View
Once Violet was asleep I left to go to the store.
I bought about two dozen roses, scented candles, and microwave dinners.
I tip toed back inside the house and she was still asleep.
I quickly cleaned the house, made the dinner and set up everything else.
“Josh?”
Violet’s Point Of View
I woke up to the smell of food.
“Josh?” I called.
I was very confused.
The lights were dimmed, candles were light and purple roses were everywhere.
I saw a trail of rose on the floor. I followed them into the kitchen and there Josh.
He was holding a roes in his hand and he smiled at me.
“What’s going on?”
He chuckled. “Nothing, I just wanted to surprise you,”
“Okay,”
He laughed again and led me over to the dinning room.
There were two microwave dinners on the table, surrounded by rose petals and candles.
“You did this all for my birthday?”
“No, I did this all for you” he said leading me over to my chair.
He pulled out my chair then pushed me in once I sat down.
We talked about random topics as we eat our dinner.
Afterwards Josh put on ‘our song’ and we slow danced to it,
I rest my head on his shoulder and pulled him closer to me.
Josh captured my lips and started to kiss me.
As the kiss moved faster he lifted me up and walked over to the steps. He walked up them and went into my room.
As he continued to kiss me he laid me down on the bed slowly. As he did this he lifted my dress up off my body and over my head.
I unbuttoned his shirt and pushed it off him.
I undid his belt and pants as he worked on getting my bra off.
He pulled away. “I want to go all the way”
